Duran went 1-for-3 with an RBI, a walk and a stolen base in Sunday's 7-5 loss to Cleveland.
The 24-year-old showed a good eye at the plate with a bases-loaded walk in the fourth inning to force in Boston's third run. Duran has gone just 3-for-14 in his last four games, adding one RBI and five runs in that span. He's slashing .220/.248/.350 with two home runs, nine RBI, 17 runs scored and two stolen bases across 105 plate appearances this season.
