Ertz caught eight passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets against Seattle on Sunday.

The Arizona passing game appeared in peril heading into this game due to the absences of Kyler Murray (ankle) and DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring), but Ertz stepped up and abused the Seattle defense even with Colt McCoy at quarterback. It won't be as easy for Ertz to stay consistently involved when Hopkins returns, but at the very least the tight end has shown that he has enough in the tank to step up to a leading role if any of the other pass catchers are missing.
