Contrary to what was previously reported, Maclin (ankle) actually was on the practice field Thursday afternoon, but he wasn't working with the team's other wide receivers, ESPN's Adam Teicher reports.
The initial report was apparently a bit hasty, which is good news for anyone who's hoping that Maclin can play in Saturday's game against the Patriots. It now seems likely that the star wideout will be listed as a limited participant at Thursday's practice, following DNPs on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Maclin's injury designation for the game won't be available until Friday, but he seems to be trending toward a 'questionable' tag.
