The Dolphins claimed Lindsay off waivers from the Texans on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Lindsay, who logged 50 carries for 130 yards and a touchdown and added three catches for 37 yards and a receiving score in 10 games for the Texans prior to being let go Tuesday, will now have a chance to secure a role in Miami's backfield behind starter Myles Gaskin. While it remains to be seen what level of volume Lindsay will see with the Dolphins, hell have a chance to resurface as a fantasy option in the coming weeks if he earns a steady role with his new team.
