Gibson (ankle) did not practice Monday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Gibson may simply be receiving a bit of rest with a short week ahead of Thursday's game in Dallas, so for now his status simply bears monitoring. The rookie running back has compiled five rushing scores in his last four games. J.D. McKissic and Peyton Barber would handle Washington's backfield reps if Gibson ends up missing any time.
