Shepard (quadriceps) was listed as a non-participant on Thursday's estimated practice report, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Per Salomone, Shepard was in attendance for the session and worked out with the team's training staff, but he apparently wasn't able to mix into any team drills. The Giants will wait and see what Shepard is able to do at the team's final practice of the week Friday before assessing his chances of playing Sunday against the Raiders, but at this stage, the wideout looks to be trending toward being inactive for a fourth time this season.
