Adams caught six passes for 55 yards on seven targets against Detroit on Sunday.

Adams could have done much more if he and Aaron Rodgers had played the entire game, but the main reason for Adams playing at all was arguably to get him the Green Bay single-season receiving yardage record, which he successfully secured with this box score. Adams finishes the regular season with 123 receptions for 1,553 yards (beating Jordy Nelson's 1,519 from 2014) and 11 touchdowns in 16 games, and now he'll prepare for Green Bay's playoff run.
