Turner (hamstring) didn't participate in Thursday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Turner was limited Wednesday, so his condition may have gotten worse. If he can't get healthy for Week 6's game against the Titans, the team could promote Gus Edwards to add depth. Turner has just one rush over four games, however, so his absence wouldn't affect the fantasy realm.
