The NHL hasn't had a repeat Stanley Cup champion since the Detroit Red Wings won back-to-back titles in the late 1990s. Even though it's an incredibly difficult trophy to win once, and even harder to win twice, and even though the Chicago Blackhawks have undergone significant roster changes over the summer, the oddsmakers still like them as the favorites to win another title in 2015-16.
The folks at Bovada released their final preseason Stanley Cup odds on Monday and the Blackhawks lead the way at 13-2 to win the Cup, followed by the Anaheim Ducks and Tampa Bay Lightning (both 9-1 odds), Los Angeles Kings (11-1) and New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins (both 12-1).
The Toronto Maple Leafs (100-1), Carolina Hurricanes (150-1) and Arizona Coyotes (250-1) are the longest shots to win this year's Cup.

When it comes to winning the Eastern and Western Conferences, the Lightning open as the favorites to win the East at 4-1, followed by the Rangers (5-1) and Penguins (6-1). The Blackhawks are 13-4 to win the West, and are immediately followed by the Ducks and Kings (both at 11-2) and St. Louis Blues (15-2).
