The Cowboys estimated Lamb (concussion) as a non-participant on Monday's practice report, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Given that Lamb was diagnosed with the concussion about 24 hours earlier in Dallas' 19-9 loss to Kansas City, his listing as a non-participant on the Cowboys' initial Week 12 injury report hardly qualifies as a surprise. He'll have three more days to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol ahead of Thursday's game against the Raiders, which will be a difficult task despite Cowboys vice president Stephen Jones noting earlier Monday that Lamb is doing well in the early stages of his recovery from the head injury. Amari Cooper (reserve/COVID-19 list) has already been ruled out for Thanksgiving Day, so the Cowboys could be forced to rely heavily on Michael Gallup and Cedrick Wilson as their main options at receiver if Lamb also is sidelined.
