Elliott rushed 13 times for 45 yards and brought in two of three targets for three yards in the Cowboys' 27-17 win over the Saints on Thursday night.

There have been rumblings about ongoing knee stiffness for Elliott, but his lack of success on the ground Thursday can almost certainly be attributed to the Saints' stout run defense more than anything else. The multi-time Pro Bowler gained 10 of his yards on one carry, leaving him just under 3.0 yards per tote on his other 12 attempts. Elliott saw backfield mate Tony Pollard log six fewer rushes yet gain 26 additional yards thanks to a 58-yard touchdown run, but the former should continue helming the ground attack against Washington in a Week 14 road matchup a week from Sunday.
