  • Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Targeted once in Week 17

Westbrook-Ikhine was targeted once but did not record a reception in Week 17 against the Texans. He recorded three receptions for 33 yards for the season.

Westbrook-Ikhine played only seven offensive snaps as compared to 17 on special teams. Even so, he was one of only five Titans pass-catchers to command a target in the regular-season finale. The undrafted free agent didn't make much of a dent in the stat sheet in his rookie season, though he logged 164 offensive snaps and took on an increased role in the absence of Adam Humphries (concussion). Westbrook-Ikhine will be an exclusive rights free agent this offseason, meaning the Titans can retain him for a league-minimum, one-year contract in 2021. Prior to that, however, he'll focus on the team's wild-card round matchup against the Ravens.

He was targeted only once but made it count, pushing the Titans deep into Green Bay territory during a fourth-quarter drive. Westbrook-Ikhine now was three receptions on the season and will provide limited -- if any -- production in Week 17 against the Texans.

  • Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Expected to handle backup duties

Westbrook-Ikhine is expected to operate in a reserve role Sunday versus the Texans following news that Adam Humphries (illness) has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Westbrook-Ikhine has played in three games this season and logged a whopping 68 percent snap share in Week 4 with both Humphries and Corey Davis (illness) out. Davis isn't expected to return this week, but Humphries, A.J. Brown and Kalif Raymond will handle a majority of the three-wide sets Sunday.

Westbrook-Ikhine is expected to start at wide receiver Tuesday against the Bills because Corey Davis and Adam Humphries remain on the reserve/COVID list, Turron Davenport of ESPN reports.

Westbrook-Ikhine is slated to be the No. 3 wideout behind A.J. Brown (knee), who is expected to play, and Kalif Raymond. Over two games this season, Westbrook-Ikhine has played 18 offensive snaps and been targeted twice, failing to haul in either one.
