Here are my 10 favorite sleeper hitters for Week 23 (Aug. 30-Sept. 5), all rostered in less than 80 percent of CBS Sports leagues.

We've seen him do damage on the road here lately, which offers some hope he'll take advantage of whatever the Rangers serve up for him. But the four games at home should be the most beneficial.

His numbers are actually better on the road, which is strange for a Rockies hitter and most likely means he's due for some damage at home. He'll get the best of both worlds this week.

Raimel Tapia's return doesn't appear to be on the horizon, and this on-base specialist is settling in as the Rockies' leadoff hitter. He's taken a liking to Coors Field and should be able to take advantage of the Rangers staff before then.

Once forgotten in the minors as a limited defensive guy with poor on-base skills, Frank Schwindel is making the most of his first extended look in the majors. The Cubs have the second-best matchups this week.

He's shown signs of breaking out of his season-long slump the past couple weeks, and again, the Cubs' matchups are particularly favorable.

Continuing with the Cubs love here, Patrick Wisdom had a couple of two-homer games over the weekend, and yes, has the right matchups to continue his power outburst.

The resurgent slugger continues to produce batting in front of Freddie Freeman and has the benefit of four games at Coors Field this week. That Dodgers series could be tough, though.

Recently back from a concussion, the emerging power/speed threat is on one of just nine teams scheduled for seven games this week.

Not only do the Reds have the third-best matchups this week but two-thirds of their opponents are lefties. The versatile Kyle Farmer is at his best against them, delivering an OPS over .800.

The Cubs' leadoff hitter should benefit from their favorable matchups as well, though maybe to a lesser extent since he struggles against left-handers. There are three of those on the schedule.
