This isn't a great week for streaming DST options, so I hope you have one you feel okay about. 12 DST's are currently owned in 75 percent of more of CBSSports.com leagues, and the ones who are widely available don't inspire much confidence.

Part of the problem is how unpredictable the first two weeks of the season were. Some of the teams we thought would be pushovers -- looking at you, Jets and Titans -- have been surprisingly feisty, making picking on them with a waiver-wire DST pickup a trickier proposition than we might have thought. Of course, it's just two weeks, so you don't want to overreact; Ryan Fitzpatrick's lackluster career clearly matters more than these two games, right?

Right.

10-team streaming options

Patriots (54 percent) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Blow up the Jaguars! After scoring just nine points in the season opener and managing only 265 yards of total offense, the Jaguars' offense came alive in Week 2, scoring 23 on the Dolphins and racking up 396 yards. This is one of those situations where the matchup doesn't look as enticing as it might have a week ago, but also one where you probably need to just throw the last week's results out. Jacksonville has some weapons on offense, but Blake Bortles is still mistake-prone, and the Patriots are coming off an eight-sack, three-interception game against the Bills. They should take advantage of Bortles similarly. This is your top target of the week.

Eagles (66 percent) at New York Jets

Like I said, I'm not buying that Fitzpatrick and the Jets are suddenly a combination to be feared. Fitzpatrick has so far mostly avoided mistakes, which is to be commended, however it's not like the Texans were a team you were avoiding when he was under center last season, and that was with Arian Foster, DeAndre Hopkins and Andre Johnson around him. The Jets' offense has scored 51 points in two games, however they probably won't keep getting quite as much help from their defense as they have; the Jets have forced 10 turnovers and have an average starting position at their own 38-yard line. If the Eagles' offense can get going after two disastrous weeks, their defense has some upside against this offense.

Colts (30 percent) at Tennessee Titans

The Colts were supposed to be a decent streaming option last week, and they came up with a whopping seven Fantasy points against the Jets, bringing their total for the season to nine. Like I said, the options this week aren't great. However, the Titans made the Browns look great in Week 2, as Marcus Mariota was sacked seven times and led the offense on just two scoring drives. The Colts are another defense that probably needs more help from their offense than they've gotten, and there is a chance they get it in Week 3.

Deeper-league fliers

Browns (24 percent) vs. Oakland Raiders

Another team that has had a very up-and-down first two games is the Raiders; they scored 37 in Week 2's upset win over the Ravens, after being held to just 13 in a miserable showing in Week 1. The fact that Derek Carr was healthy for all of Week 2's game should be a good sign, but I'm not sure I'm quite ready to declare Carr that kind of difference-maker. The Browns have an opportunistic defense and the potential for big plays on special teams, and are coming off a huge 23-point showing against the Titans in Week 2 where everything went right. Let's see if they can make it two in a row.

Redskins (18 percent) at New York Giants

Washington's defense has been one of the pleasant surprises of the league so far this season, as they have held Miami and the Rams to just 27 points through two games. Projected to be one of the worst Fantasy units in the league, Washington's DST has instead managed to rank 12th in scoring through two games, with 11 in each. The Giants have Odell Beckham and not a whole lot else on offense, so this might not be the worst matchup in the world for Washington, especially on a short week. If you don't want to use waiver wire priority to add a DST, your best choice might be to wait until waivers run and then add Washington as a free agent outright. Unless the first two weeks were a total mirage.

Chargers (15 percent) at Minnesota Vikings

The key for any opponent against the Vikings is going to come down to whether they can stop the run. In Week 1, the 49ers did that, and the Vikings crumbled. The Lions surprisingly couldn't manage that feat in Week 2, and the Vikings dominated the game. That could be an issue for the Chargers in Week 3, as the Bengals ran all over them to the tune of 175 yards in their loss last week. San Diego was a pretty average rushing defense in 2014, so there isn't a lot to be positive about; like I said, this isn't the best crop to choose from. Still, the Chargers have the kind of offense that can really put up points in a hurry, and if you force Teddy Bridgewater into having to pass the ball, the Chargers may be able to come up with a few turnovers and turn it into a decent showing.
