No. 12 Indiana is coming off a disappointing loss to the third-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in its last outing, however the Hoosiers have been one of the best teams against the spread this season. In fact, Indiana has covered the spread in each of its five games in 2020. The Hoosiers have also fared well against the spread at home, covering the number in four of their last five games at Memorial Stadium.

The Week 13 college football odds from William Hill Sportsbook list the Hoosiers as 12-point favorites at home against Maryland, down two points from the opening line. Indiana is 4-1 in its last five meetings against Maryland, and the Terrapins are just 2-9 in their last 11 road games. Should you back the Hoosiers in your Week 13 college football bets or look elsewhere? Before making any Week 13 college football picks on that game or others, be sure to see the latest college football predictions and betting advice from SportsLine's proven model.

Top Week 13 college football predictions

One of the top Week 13 college football picks the model is recommending: No. 4 Clemson (-24) covers against Pittsburgh in a 3:30 p.m. ET matchup on Saturday. Trevor Lawrence is set to play in his first game since Oct. 24. The Heisman contender missed two games due to COVID-19, and then saw Clemson's matchup against Florida State scrapped a few hours before kickoff last week.

Pittsburgh, meanwhile, has won two straight, but got blasted 45-3 against Notre Dame on Oct. 24. Clemson will be looking for style points too as the Tigers hope to impress the College Football Playoff committee. The model shows Lawrence throwing for over 250 yards and two touchdowns as the Tigers get the cover almost 60 percent of the time.

Another one of the top Week 13 college football predictions from SportsLine's model: Washington (-7) gets the win and cover as it hosts Utah in a Pac-12 matchup at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The Huskies are coming off a dominant 44-27 victory over the Arizona Wildcats in their last outing. Quarterback Dylan Morris had a big day for Washington, throwing for 230 yards and two touchdowns. RB Richard Newton also played a major role in Washington's victory, rushing for 81 yards and two scores.

Utah, meanwhile, suffered a 33-17 setback in its opening game against the USC Trojans. The Utes threw three interceptions in that loss and no Utah running back eclipsed 40 rushing yards.

Washington has dominated this rivalry over the years, winning four of its last five contests against the Utes. In addition, the Huskies are a sterling 18-2 in their last 20 home games. The model is calling for Washington's defense to hold Utah to just 15 points on Saturday, resulting in the Huskies covering the spread in well over 50 percent of simulations.
