Senators' Dylan Gambrell: Dealt to Ottawa

Gambrell was traded to the Senators in exchange for a 2022 seventh-round pick Sunday.

Gambrell recorded 12 points in 49 games with the Sharks last season but has been stuck with AHL San Jose to start the 2021-22 campaign. He'll immediately be called up to the NHL level by Ottawa as part of the transaction, though it's unclear when he could make his team debut.
