  • Dube set up the game-winning goal in Saturday's 1-0 overtime win over the Oilers' prospects. Dube picked up a loose puck after a save by Artyom Zagidulin, and the forward dished it along to Matthew Phillips for the tally. Dube is considered a favorite among Flames prospects to make the roster for Opening Night after doing so last year and appearing in 25 NHL contests. He recorded five points with the Flames and added 15 goals and 24 helpers in 37 games with AHL Stockton. Consistent playing time is no guarantee for the 21-year-old if he does stick with the big club, but the second-round pick from 2016 will be looking to make an impact in his third professional season.

  • Flames' Dillon Dube: Nabs promotion Wednesday
    By RotoWire Staff

The Flames recalled Dube from AHL Stockton on Wednesday, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports. Dube's promotion should be taken with a grain of salt, as the Flames are resting many of their regulars down the stretch, but he will be rewarded for his 39 points -- 15 goals and 24 assists -- through 37 games with AHL Stockton with a late-season promotion. Assuming he draws in against the Ducks, the 20-year-old pivot could be a sneaky option in daily lineups if available.

Dube was returned to AHL Stockton on Sunday, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports. The 20-year-old was a healthy scratch for Calgary's past two games and had failed to find the scoresheet in the three games prior. In eight games with Calgary's AHL affiliate, Dube has scored a goal and tallied seven helpers. The youngster still needs more time to develop and will get every opportunity to do so with the Flames' minor-league partner.

  • Flames' Dillon Dube: Jumps to big club
    By RotoWire Staff

The Flames recalled Dube from AHL Stockton on Saturday. Dube played 20 games for the Flames to start the season and posted five points, but he was sent back down to the minors exactly one month ago. He had nine points in eight AHL games during that stint. The 20-year-old pivot will add depth to the Flames' forward ranks and may draw in for Saturday's game versus the Canucks.

  • Flames' Dillon Dube: Relegated to minors
    By RotoWire Staff

Dube was returned to AHL Stockton on Thursday. Calgary's second-round (56th overall) draft pick cracked the Opening Night roster, but Dube saw sporadic ice time on the way to producing five points over his first 20 games at the top level. Nonetheless, it's still a bit strange that he'd be sent down after producing three points over the last five.
