Nogosek signed a minor-league deal with the Mets on Thursday, Chris Hilburn-Trenkle of Baseball America reports.

Nogosek spent the 2021 season in the Mets organization, with the bulk of his playing time coming at Triple-A Syracuse. He came out of the bullpen and managed only a 5.14 ERA and 1.46 WHIP across 35 innings, though his 52:16 K:BB suggests he may have deserved better results. With a strong spring training, Nogosek could earn a low-leverage bullpen role with the big-league club.
