O'Connor scored a goal on six shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Ducks.

O'Connor gave the Avalanche their first lead with 1:11 left in regulation, and it held up as the game-winner. The 25-year-old entered the schedule pause on a four-game point drought, so it was good to see him get back on the scoresheet quickly. The American forward has six tallies, seven assists, 65 shots on net, 29 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating in 28 outings this year. Four of his points have come shorthanded -- he's tied with the Capitals' Evgeny Kuznetsov for the NHL lead in that category.
