O'Connor set up Jack Johnson for a shot that J.T. Compher tipped into the net in the third period. This was O'Connor's second assist in three games after a seven-game point drought. The 25-year-old forward has 19 points, 94 shots on net, 64 hits, 43 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating in 53 games, playing mainly a defensive role in the bottom six.
