The NFL announced a list of 323 college football players invited to the 2021 NFL Scouting Combine. The event normally takes place in Indianapolis, but the COVID-19 pandemic has forced some changes to the itinerary. There will be zero in-person workouts conducted. All interviews and psychological testing will be virtual. A plan to conduct medical testing is still being prepared.

Prospects will undergo drills and workouts at their respective Pro Days. A maximum of three representatives per NFL team are eligible to attend. The NFL Scouting Combine often serves as a barometer for whether or not a prospect will be drafted. Below, in alphabetical order, is the list of those who received invites this year:
