Bruins' Charlie McAvoy: Out of action Saturday

McAvoy (illness) is not on the ice for warmups and won't play Saturday versus the Lightning.

This is a big absence for the Bruins, although McAvoy shouldn't be out for long. He'll have four days to get healthy ahead of Wednesday's game in Vancouver.
