Capitals' Evgeny Kuznetsov: Plucks three apples

Kuznetsov had three assists and one shot on goal in Monday's 5-3 win over Buffalo.

Kuznetsov was a workhorse for the Capitals, leading all Washington skaters in ice time (25:34) while going 16-for-23 (70 percent) in the faceoff circle. He drew assists on each of Washington's last three goals, already his third three-point performance of the young season. Kuznetsov has five goals and a team-leading 11 helpers through his first 12 games.
