The Buffalo Bills should be raring to go when they kick off a Monday Night Football doubleheader against the visiting Tennessee Titans in Week 2 of the 2022 NFL schedule. Buffalo (1-0) has had 11 days off since rolling past the reigning Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams 31-10 in the 2022 NFL Kickoff Game on Sept. 8. Tennessee (0-1) is looking to bounce back from a season-opening 21-20 home loss to the New York Giants. Two teams looking to improve to 2-0 square off in the second Monday Night Football game as the Minnesota Vikings visit the Philadelphia Eagles.

Buffalo is favored by 10 points and Philadelphia is favored by 2.5 in the latest NFL odds from Caesars Sportsbook, but which teams should you back with your NFL bets? Before you make any Week 2 Monday Night Football picks or NFL parlays, be sure to check out the NFL predictions and betting advice from SportsLine's proven computer model.

Top Monday Night Football picks

After simulating both games 10,000 times, the model is high on the Over (47.5) in the Titans vs. Bills matchup. Buffalo picked up right where it left off, putting up 31 points in its season-opener after scoring at least that amount in four of its final six games of 2021, including the playoffs. Josh Allen continued to prove he's one of the elite quarterbacks in the NFL as he threw for 297 yards and three touchdowns while running for a team-leading 56 yards and a score.

The Titans proved they are capable of slugging it out with the Bills with their 34-31 home victory in Week 6 last season. Derrick Henry was unstoppable in that meeting, rushing 20 times for 143 yards and three TDs. Buffalo and Tennessee also eclipsed 47.5 points in 2020, when Henry ran for a pair of scores and Ryan Tannehill threw three touchdown passes in a 42-16 triumph by the Titans. See which other NFL parlay picks to make here.
