Siri is joining the Astros on Friday in an unspecified capacity, Houston Chronicle reports.

It's unclear whether he's been added to the active roster or if he's simply joining the taxi squad. Siri has been at Triple-A Sugar Land all season after failing to make the Opening Day roster. The 26-year-old has hit .318/.369/.552 with 16 homers, 29 doubles, 72 RBI, 70 runs and 24 stolen bases in 94 games at Triple-A this year.
