Two streaks will be in play when Inter Milan hosts Venezia in a Serie A match on Saturday. Inter, which sits atop the Serie A table, has gone unbeaten in its last 13 league games. Venezia, which ranks 17th out of 20 teams, has gone winless over its last eight league games. Venezia also hasn't picked up a win against Inter Milan since 1999, as it has lost the last four head-to-head meetings. Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. ET from San Siro, the home grounds of Inter Milan. Italian Serie A picks for Venezia vs. Inter Milan

Before you tune in to Saturday's match, you need to see the Inter Milan vs. Venezia picks from sports betting expert Jon Eimer. Eimer is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Since joining SportsLine, Eimer has covered the English Premier League, Serie A, the FA Cup and much more. The Indiana-based handicapper compiled a winning record of 260-133-1 with over 90 units of profit for his community on various platforms over a recent two-month stretch.

For Inter Milan vs. Venezia, Eimer is backing Inter to win to nil at -150 odds. That's exactly what happened the last time these two faced off on Nov. 27, when Inter prevailed 2-0. Hakan Çalhanoğlu scored a first-half goal and then Inter sat on the lead until Lautaro Martinez scored another in the 96th minute. Inter keeper Samir Handanović barely broke a sweat thanks to his team's defense and Venezia's impotent attack. Venezia had just one shot on goal in the entire match, which is its second-fewest this season in all competitions.

Inter is lauded for its offense this year and leads the Serie A with 51 goals, but the defense is keeping pace since the squad has allowed the second-fewest goals in the league. Inter Milan has allowed just one goal over its last eight Serie A games and that came to Lazio, who ranks third in goals. Venezia has nowhere near the offensive firepower of Lazio and scored the second-fewest goals in the league.

One club appears headed to a league title, while the other could be on its way to Serie B. Thus, Eimer is heavily backing Inter Milan to win to nil.

"This Inter Milan defense, backed by goalkeeper Samir Handanovic have been exceptional all season long," Eimer told SportsLine. "In their last 5 league matches they have, 4 of these ended with Inter winning to nil, and one match they only allowed one goal against a very offensively powerful Lazio squad."
