Team news

Nottingham: The hosts are still without both Jordi Osei-Tutu and Alex Mighten as they remain injured, while Djed Spence is expected to start after making his return from injury against Huddersfield, as The Independent points out.

Arsenal: The Gunners are down a lot of players due to the African Cup of Nations, with Nicolas Pepe, Thomas Partey, Mohamed Elneny and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang all participating the cup. In that group there are two defensive midfielders, meaning this should be a spot for Albert Lokonga and Granit Xhaka to combine in the middle with their absence, with Partey being the most glaring omission.

The Gunners start quick and get two goals from Eddie Nketiah as they cruise into the next round. Pick: Arsenal 3, Nottingham 0
