Yankees' Miguel Andujar: Starting rehab stint

Andujar (wrist) reported to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday to begin a rehab assignment, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Manager Aaron Boone said in late August he wasn't sure whether Andujar would be able to return this season, but the 26-year-old has apparently progressed well in his recovery and is cleared for game action in the minors. He's been on the injured list since early July and should require a few games at Triple-A before being activated.
