Russell ended Saturday's 138-95 win over the Grizzlies with 28 points (9-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 6-9 FT), four rebounds and five assists in 27 minutes.

Russell came up big in the victory, as he led Minnesota in scoring and assists while draining four triples. The veteran guard has scored at least 22 points in five of his past eight contests and has knocked down at least one trey in every game he has participated in this season. His solid play has helped Minnesota win three straight games following a disappointing 1-8 stretch.
