Lillard amassed 39 points (10-21 FG, 5-13 3Pt, 14-14 FT), seven assists and three blocks across 37 minutes during Saturday's 118-111 victory over the 76ers.
It's been a somewhat tough start for Lillard, who entered Saturday averaging just 20.4 points on 38.4 percent shooting from the field. The superstar point guard had a much more prolific performance against the Sixers, registering his first game this season with over 30 points and knocking down five treys. Much of his damage was done from the charity stripe, as Lillard logged a season-high 14 free-throw attempts and converted each one. He has been dealing with an abdominal injury throughout the campaign, but Saturday's sterling effort could be a sign that Lillard is on the verge of breaking out.
