Phillips (ankle) was placed on the preseason PUP list Sunday.
Phillips finished the 2020 campaign on injured reserve after he suffered an ankle injury in Week 7. He won't be ready for the start of camp as he continues to rehab from surgery, and it's not yet clear when he could begin practicing.
