Joyner (elbow) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN.com.
Joyner departed the game, and if he can't return to action, it would cause a big problem for the Jets secondary. Sheldrick Redwine is expected to take on a bigger role if Joyner can't return to the field.
