Saffold exited Sunday's game due to an ankle injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official sitereports.
It is confirmed that Saffold is officially out and will not return to Sunday's game against the Texans. The guard has been dealing with an ankle injury for several weeks now and it is likely Jamil Douglas will step in at left guard.
