Jalen Reagor got off to a slow start in training camp for the Philadelphia Eagles, but the 2020 first-round pick is really making up for lost time. Reagor had arguably the best catch among all 32 NFL teams during the training camp season, snagging a one-handed grab above New England Patriots cornerback Michael Jackson in the back of the end zone during the joint practice Tuesday.
The catch didn't take long to become viral on social media, with the Eagles posting the grab in slow motion.

This wasn't the first time Reagor had a highlight-reel grab in training camp. He also snagged a one-handed catch on a pass from Jalen Hurts with blanket coverage from Darius Slay. Somehow, the second catch topped this.

Reagor has certainly rebounded from a rough start to camp. The Eagles wide receiver failed a conditioning test prior to practice starting a few weeks back and it took him a few days to get back into football shape. After an inconsistent first few practices, Reagor responded well in the Eagles' first preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He rebounded from an early drop in the game by running a crisp route on his next target and hauling in a first down grab.
Reagor received a strong compliment from Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni, who has given the receiver some tough love earlier in camp. To Reagor's credit, he has responded to the criticism well.
Reagor is fighting with Quez Watkins for the starting wide receiver job opposite DeVonta Smith, but he'll be part of the starting line up as the Eagles have used him in the slot significantly during the last few weeks of practice. Catching passes like this one showcases the immense talent Reagor possesses, which is why the Eagles drafted him in the first round a season ago.
