Week 14 was the best week of QB play we've seen Week 7, as we saw an average of 17.15 Fantasy points from just passing production in six-points-per-pass-TD scoring per game. No other week in the previous six had been above 16.2 -- so that's not nothing. Of course, it also would have been the lowest number for any of the first seven weeks of the season, when quarterbacks averaged 18.5 points per game; in seven weeks since, that average is down to 15.5 points per game.

It's been a strange phenomenon, and even with bye weeks coming to an end in Week 15, injuries threaten to lower the level of play around the league anyway. It's going to be very interesting to see how these trends play out over the final four weeks of the season -- and how they impact the QB position for 2022 -- but the reality is, as we head into the Fantasy playoffs, I'm not sure I really trust anyone outside of the top nine in the rankings, and even that might be pushing it. The expect absence of Lamar Jackson (ankle) really isn't helping things either.

Here are my QB rankings for Week 15. To see the rankings from Jamey Eisenberg, Dave Richard, and Heath Cummings, make sure you head here.

Injury report

Jones still hasn't been cleared for contact despite practicing on a limited basis all week. Until that happens, he won't be playing.

Per Adam Schefter's early Sunday morning report, Jackson is "unlikely" to play, but still has a chance. With this being a 4:25 game, there six of Sunday's games will already have been played before we found out about Jackson's status, so unless you have someone in a later game you can swap in, you're probably better off avoiding Jackson.

Hurts, on the other hand, is expected to play. He got a full practice in Friday, and with the Eagles game being moved back to Tuesday due to Washington's COVID outbreak, he should be in good shape to play. He's still a top-12 QB for me, though the risk of him suffering a setback or not being cleared make it worth considering a Sunday alternative if you've got one.

As for the COVID situations, the Browns players are less likely to be cleared due to their Monday start, but they do have until 2 p.m. Monday to be activated, so that situation remains fluid. The Washington players have a little more time to be cleared, but you are probably best avoiding them anyway.
