Tom Brady spent 20 years in New England before going to Tampa Bay in 2020. He helped the Patriots win six Super Bowls. He set countless records. And now he's coming back to Gilette Stadium as an enemy.

This should be fun.

The Buccaneers-Patriots game might not be the best matchup in Week 4, but it definitely has the most drama. Brady vs. Bill Belichick for the first time will be exciting, but this should be bad news for New England.

Brady is coming off a loss in Week 3 when the Rams beat the Buccaneers 34-24, and he has history in his sights. He needs just 68 yards to break Drew Brees' NFL career passing yardage record of 80,358 yards.

Brady should accomplish that feat in the first half -- maybe the first quarter -- and he's having another amazing season. He's a must-start Fantasy quarterback in all leagues, and he's averaging 34.7 Fantasy points per game. That's currently the best average of his illustrious career.

I don't have to tell you to start Brady because you already know that. The same goes for Chris Godwin and Mike Evans.

The Buccaneers, who won a Super Bowl with Brady in 2020, are loaded with great Fantasy assets, including Antonio Brown, who you can read about below. They should be able to score at will against this New England defense.

Belichick benefitted in a big way with Brady on his side for 20 years. Now, he has to try and stop him. Good luck.

The way Jalen Hurts described how the Eagles played in Week 3 at Dallas is how I feel about my Start of the Week calls so far this year.

"You take you a deuce, you don't sit there and look at it," Hurts said. "You flush it and move on. We gonna flush it and move on."

So far, my Start of the Week calls have gone rotten. Raheem Mostert (knee) got hurt in Week 1 at Detroit, Ben Roethlisberger stunk in Week 2 against Las Vegas and Ty'Son Williams was barely used in Week 3 against the Lions. But we're gonna flush those and move on.

Hurts promises a better performance from the Eagles against the Chiefs, and I'm counting on him to lead the way. He's the Start of the Week for Week 4.

Despite some inconsistent games from him the past two weeks against San Francisco and Dallas, he's still scored at least 21 Fantasy points in each outing. His rushing has been solid with at least 35 yards on the ground in each game, and he's averaging 59.7 rushing yards per game for the year.

He also passed for 326 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions at Dallas, with plenty of production in garbage time, and that could be the case again this week against the Chiefs. Philadelphia is a seven-point underdog at home, but this game has a projected score of 54.5 points, according to the Caesars Sportsbook.

Kansas City struggled with Lamar Jackson in Week 2 when he scored 33 Fantasy points, including 107 rushing yards and two touchdowns. And Justin Herbert scored 38 Fantasy points last week in Kansas City.

The Eagles have offensive line concerns with three starters out -- Isaac Seumalo (foot), Brandon Brooks (pectoral) and Jordan Mailata (knee) -- but Hurts should still be able to make plays. I expect him to keep pace with Patrick Mahomes as a Fantasy quarterback this week, and Hurts has top-five upside in all leagues.

He's going to flush away his woes from the Cowboys game, and I'm with him on the previous Start of the Week suggestions. Hurts is headed for a big game in Week 4.

It's fun to watch Stafford playing in Sean McVay's offense, and each week he gets better and better. He outplayed Tom Brady in Week 3 against Tampa Bay (37 Fantasy points to 30), and Stafford now has nine touchdowns and just one interception on the season, with two outings of at least 321 passing yards. He's facing a Cardinals defense that has been great against Ryan Tannehill in Week 1 and Trevor Lawrence in Week 3, but Kirk Cousins had 30 Fantasy points against Arizona in Week 2. I expect Stafford to be in that range this week.

Cousins has scored at least 26 Fantasy points in every game this season, and he should continue to play well this week. While the Browns roughed up Justin Fields in Week 3 with nine sacks and held him to just 68 passing yards, Cleveland gave up four total touchdowns to Patrick Mahomes in Week 1 and three total touchdowns to Tyrod Taylor and Davis Mills in Week 2. Cousins has top-10 upside again in Week 4.

Carr and Cousins are proof of why waiting on a quarterback on Draft Day works in your Fantasy leagues, and Carr has scored at least 25 Fantasy points in all three games this year. While two of those games have been in overtime to boost his totals, this is now seven games in a row that he's started and finished going back to last season with at least 24 Fantasy points. Caesar's Sportsbook has this game projected at 52.5 points, so expect Carr and Justin Herbert to go at it Monday night.

The Jaguars are the only team to hold Kyler Murray under 20 Fantasy points this season when he scored 17 points last week. But prior to that, Jacksonville gave up 27 Fantasy points against Taylor in Week 1 and 25 points against Teddy Bridgewater in Week 2. Burrow hasn't scored more than 22 Fantasy points in any game this season, so he's due for a big game, even if Tee Higgins (shoulder) is out again. And in his past three home games going back to last season, Burrow has 916 passing yards, eight total touchdowns and one interception.

Darnold has been a solid Fantasy quarterback through three games, scoring at least 21 Fantasy points in each outing. He might have to carry more of the offense with Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) hurt, and he could be in a shootout with the Cowboys in Week 4. Dallas has been tough on opposing quarterbacks so far with six interceptions compared to just seven touchdowns, but the Cowboys are No. 2 in passing yards allowed at 1,043.

Heinicke has done well in two starts for Ryan Fitzpatrick (hip), scoring at least 23 Fantasy points in each start. He has a great matchup in Week 4 at Atlanta, and he should be considered a streaming option in all leagues. The Falcons have allowed eight passing touchdowns and no interceptions on the season. And Atlanta is No. 4 in rushing yards allowed to quarterbacks, thanks in part to Jalen Hurts (62 yards in Week 1) and Daniel Jones (39 yards in Week 2), which should benefit Heinicke.

Ryan might not be a bad streaming option in Week 4 against Washington since the Football Team allows the most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this year. Ryan has scored at least 19 Fantasy points in each of his past two games against Tampa Bay and the Giants, but this could be his best game to date. Washington has allowed seven total touchdowns in the past two games against Josh Allen and Daniel Jones, and the Football Team is No. 5 in passing yards allowed this year with 945.

It's hard to trust Roethlisberger even in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues. He's scored 15 Fantasy points or less in all three outings, and he could be without Diontae Johnson (knee) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (ribs) in Week 4. But even if both play this week at Green Bay, it's easy to see Roethlisberger has been bad, with three touchdowns and three interceptions on the season. I have more faith in guys like Heinicke and Jacoby Brissett than I do Roethlisberger right now.

Bridgewater's first real test comes in Week 4 against the Ravens after he excelled in matchups against the Giants, Jaguars and Jets. He scored at least 23 Fantasy points in his first two starts (he didn't need to do much against the Jets), but this is easily the toughest defense he's faced this season. While Baltimore struggled against Carr and Mahomes in the first two weeks of the season, the Ravens clamped down on Jared Goff last week and should make things tough on Bridgewater. He's only worth starting in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

Lawrence could benefit if Bengals standout safety Jessie Bates (neck) is out this week, and Cincinnati could be without cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (groin). That might be offset with cornerback Trae Waynes (hamstring) making his 2021 debut, but keep an eye on Cincinnati's defense when it comes to Lawrence. I'm hesitant to trust him even in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues with how he's played this season, and he has five touchdowns and seven interceptions in three games. He's also combined for 16 Fantasy points in the past two weeks, so things haven't been good for the start of his rookie campaign so far

Maybe playing in New Orleans for the first time this year will allow Winston to have another breakout game, but it's hard to trust him in this low-volume offense. He's attempted 22 passes or less in all three games this year, and he's yet to throw for 150 yards in any outing. It's great when he has five touchdown passes like he did in Week 1, but I would only use him as a low-end starting option in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues this week.

The Saints are tied with the Cowboys for the most interceptions this season with six, and they have at least one interception in every game this year. Jones has yet to throw an interception, which is part of the reason he's been so successful this season. He's the No. 13 quarterback heading into Week 4, ahead of guys like Dak Prescott, Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Tannehill, among others. But I expect him to struggle on the road against the Saints, who are playing their first game in New Orleans this year. Jones is only worth starting two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

This post has little to do with the Jets defense and is more about the Titans, who could be without A.J. Brown (hamstring) and Julio Jones (leg) this week. As much as I like the sleeper appeal of guys like Nike Westbrook-Ikhine and Chester Rogers, I'm not starting Tannehill if his top two receivers are out, even against the Jets. This game will be all about Derrick Henry, and Tannehill already has two games this season with 15 Fantasy points or less. For what it's worth, the Jets also have yet to allow multiple passing touchdowns in a game this season against Darnold, Mac Jones and Bridgewater. Tannehill is only worth starting in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues.

Hubbard is expected to start for the injured Christian McCaffrey (hamstring), and it's worth trusting Hubbard as a No. 2 Fantasy running back this week in all leagues. He had 14 touches in Week 3 at Houston when McCaffrey got hurt, converting 11 carries into 52 yards, along with three catches for 27 yards on five targets. We'll see what role Royce Freeman has, but Hubbard should have a big game catching the ball. Dallas is No. 3 in receptions allowed to running backs with 26 on the season.

We'll see what happens with Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) this week, but if he remains out then consider Sermon a No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues, with his value higher in non-PPR. He only had 10 carries for 31 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 against Green Bay, adding two catches for 3 yards on three targets, but this is a better matchup in Week 4. Seattle has allowed four running backs to score at least 13 PPR points this season with Jonathan Taylor, Nyheim Hines, Derrick Henry and Alexander Mattison, and hopefully Sermon gets involved in the passing game because the Seahawks are No. 2 in receptions allowed to running backs with 27. And in the past three meetings with Seattle, San Francisco running backs have six total touchdowns.

There was a lot to like about Edwards-Helaire's performance in Week 3 against the Chargers. He had season highs in carries (17) and yards (100), and he also added two catches for 9 yards and a touchdown. More importantly, the Chiefs stuck with him after he fumbled for the second game in a row. This week, he's facing an Eagles defense that was gashed against the run by the Cowboys in Week 3 with Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard combining for 28 carries, 155 yards and two touchdowns. Hopefully, Edwards-Helaire stays hot in this matchup.

Robinson is likely going to struggle on the ground in this game against the Bengals. Cincinnati held Dalvin Cook and David Montgomery to identical rushing lines in the first two games (20 carries for 61 yards), and Najee Harris had 14 carries for 40 yards in Week 3. Where Robinson should excel is catching the ball, and the Bengals have allowed the most receptions to running backs this year. Cook had six catches for 43 yards on seven targets, and Harris had 14 catches for 102 yards on 19 targets. The Bears running backs also combined for five receptions in Week 2. Robinson just had six catches for 46 yards on six targets in Week 3 against Arizona, and he also added 15 carries for 88 yards and a touchdown. He should be considered a quality No. 2 running back in all leagues this week.

If you were to say Sanders averaged 13.5 yards per carry and had three catches on four targets in Week 3 at Dallas then I would have expected a huge stat line. But as we know, he only had two carries against the Cowboys despite playing 60 percent of the snaps. Philadelphia just forgot to run the ball, but I expect that to change in Week 4 against the Chiefs. Even though I like Jalen Hurts to have a big game, a lot of his production could come in garbage time. Sanders should get plenty of work early, and the Chiefs have allowed a running back to score in every game this year. I hope Nick Sirianni doesn't forget about Sanders again this week, but he's worth using as a No. 2 running back in all leagues.

Both Bills running backs should have the chance for production this week against the Texans, but I'll go with Moss over Devin Singletary given what Moss did in Week 3 against Washington. He played 56 percent of the snaps compared to 43 percent of Singletary, and Moss finished with 13 carries for 60 yards, along with three catches for 31 yards and a touchdown on three targets. He has now scored three touchdowns in the past two games, and the Texans defense should only be a speed bump in slowing down Buffalo's offense this week, leading to more scoring chances for Moss.

We don't know if Giovani Bernard (knee) will play this week against the Patriots, but Fournette would be a solid flex option if Bernard is out given the potential of an increased role in the passing game. Maybe Fournette will even be the first Buccaneers running back to score on the ground this year. So far, Fournette scored 10 PPR points in Week 1 against Dallas and 11 PPR points in Week 2 against Atlanta. I would expect him to be in that range or better if Bernard doesn't play, and hopefully Fournette is helping Tampa Bay kill the clock in what should be a win.

The Cardinals have allowed more than 130 total yards to Cook and Robinson in each of the past two games, so Michel has the chance to be a No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues this week if Henderson sits.

Harris is headed for a tough game in Week 4 against Tampa Bay, and he's only worth using as a flex option at best, with his value slightly higher in non-PPR leagues. We'll see if he takes on a bigger role in the passing game with James White (hip) out, but White's playing time will likely go to J.J. Taylor or Brandon Bolden instead. Harris had either 100 total yards or a touchdown in his first two games before getting locked down by the Saints in Week 3, and a similar fate likely awaits him this week.

I wish Williams was coming off a strong game in Week 3 against Detroit, but he flopped as the Start of the Week with five carries for 22 yards and no catches. Prior to Week 3, Williams had at least 93 total yards in each of his first two outings, but it's tough to trust him with Latavius Murray and Devonta Freeman getting more work. At best, Williams is a flex option this week, with his value higher in non-PPR leagues. Denver has yet to allow a running back to score this year, including against Saquon Barkley and James Robinson.

Williams had his first NFL touchdown in Week 3 against the Jets, and it was his first game with double digits in PPR points with 12. But he also lost his first fumble, which could lead to Melvin Gordon getting more work. The two are splitting touches almost evenly through three games, which limits the upside for both, but I don't love either one this week against Baltimore. While the Ravens have allowed five rushing touchdowns to running backs this year, no running back has more than 47 yards on the ground. Williams is just a flex option in Week 4.

It was great to see Conner get two touchdowns in Week 3 at Jacksonville, but don't chase that production. Instead, Chase Edmonds should remain the best Fantasy running back for the Cardinals, and he's worth using as a No. 2 PPR running back this week. Conner did well against the Jaguars with 11 carries for 43 yards and two touchdowns, and he also added his first catch this season for 10 yards. It's clear that if he doesn't score he won't be a good Fantasy asset, and the Rams have allowed just one rushing touchdown from a running back this year.

We thought when Josh Jacobs (toe/ankle) got hurt that Drake would be the focal point of the Raiders backfield, but that's been Peyton Barber instead. Drake has remained in his role as the change-of-pace running back and pass catcher, and he only has 15 carries and eight catches in the past two games with Jacobs out. Barber, meanwhile, has 36 carries and three catches over that span. We'll see what happens when Jacobs returns and if all three will play, but I would only use Drake as a flex option in PPR. Drake does have two games with five catches this season, but he's still looking for his first touchdown.

Gaskin has been a bust for the season so far, and it's hard to trust him in Week 4 against the Colts. While he did have a season-high 13 carries in Week 3 at Las Vegas, he's yet to score a touchdown this year and topped out at 11 PPR points in Week 1 at New England. Malcolm Brown is too much of a factor for Gaskin, especially in short-yardage situations, and the Dolphins offensive line has been a problem as well. The Colts have allowed Chris Carson and Derrick Henry to each gain over 110 total yards this year, but neither scored a touchdown. And the Colts have allowed just 11 receptions to running backs this season. Gaskin is still worth using as a flex option in PPR, but he's no longer a must-start Fantasy running back heading into Week 4.

We could see a shift at some point where Brandon Aiyuk takes over as the No. 1 receiver for the 49ers, but right now Samuel has been that guy. He has at least eight targets in three games in a row, and he scored at least 15 PPR points in each of the first two games this year. He had a tough matchup in Week 3 against Green Bay and scored just 10 PPR points, but he should have more freedom against Seattle this week. The Seahawks have faced four receivers who had at least eight targets in a game against them, and three of them scored at least 17 PPR points.

I'll give Woods one more chance as a starting Fantasy receiver, and hopefully his strong history against the Cardinals carries over to this week. In his past five meetings with Arizona, Woods has four games with at least 18 PPR points. It's been a struggle for Woods so far this year, and he's averaging just 9.1 PPR points per game. That's been magnified by the hot start for Cooper Kupp, who is the No. 1 PPR receiver at 30.0 PPR points per game. Hopefully, Matthew Stafford will start supporting both of his top guys, and Woods should remain in your lineup as a No. 2 Fantasy option in Week 4.

Beckham returned to action in Week 3 from last year's ACL injury, and he looked good with five catches for 77 yards on nine targets against Chicago. He also added one carry for 10 yards, and it appears like there's no restrictions on his playing time. With Jarvis Landry (knee) out, Beckham should lead the Browns in targets, and Baker Mayfield could be throwing more than usual in this game if the Vikings score points. Minnesota also has already allowed six receivers to score at least 13 PPR points this year.

We love targets, and Waddle had plenty of them in Week 3 at Las Vegas with 13. Now, while he had 12 catches, he only managed 58 yards, and this game went into overtime. Still, in the first start for Jacoby Brissett in place of the injured Tua Tagovailoa (ribs), this was a good sign. And now Waddle gets to face a Colts defense that has struggled with slot receivers on the season, and Indianapolis is second in the NFL with seven touchdowns allowed to receivers. Waddle is worth starting in all three-receiver leagues, with his value higher in PPR.

Like Waddle, Meyers was a target hog in Week 3 against New Orleans with 14. He managed nine catches for 94 yards, and hopefully he continues to rack up targets and receptions from Mac Jones with James White (hip) out. We expect the Patriots to be chasing points this week, and Meyers should be heavily involved in the passing game. The Buccaneers lead the NFL in receptions (67), yards (781) and touchdowns (eight) to opposing receivers, so there's a chance for Meyers and potentially Nelson Agholor or Kendrick Bourne to play well this week. Meyers has the most upside in PPR, and he's worth starting in all three-receiver leagues.

Davis, who spent the past four seasons with the Titans, gets the revenge game this week, and it's great that it's a fantastic matchup. Tennessee has already allowed five receivers to score at least 12 PPR points, and Davis will hopefully reach that total for the second time this year after he scored 26 PPR points in Week 1 at Carolina. He's combined for just 11 PPR points in the past two games, but he had 10 targets in Week 3 at Denver. I hope Zach Wilson continues to feature him like that in Week 4.

Brown is expected to play in Week 4 after being out in Week 3 because he was on the reserve/COVID-19 list. This should be a fun game for the Buccaneers passing attack in Tom Brady's return to New England, and this is a revenge game of sorts for Brown as well after his brief stint with the Patriots in 2019. Brown scored 23 PPR points in Week 1 against Dallas and just two PPR points in Week 2 against Atlanta. I'm hopeful his production is closer to Week 1, and he should be considered a low-end starter in all leagues.

He has yet to score a touchdown, so his Fantasy value is limited in non-PPR leagues. But he has two games with at least 14 PPR points, which make him appealing as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in those formats. Emmanuel Sanders should also be considered a sleeper, and Allen should feast on this Texans defense at home.

Is this the squeaky wheel game for Anderson? After a dismal start to the season with just five catches and only 11 targets in three games, Panthers coach Matt Rhule said they have to find a way to get Anderson the ball. With Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) out, there could be more short-area targets coming for Anderson. And if Dallas cornerback Trevon Diggs is matched up with D.J. Moore, Sam Darnold might give Anderson more targets this week. He's worth using one more time as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in this matchup.

Pittman has been a target beast the past two weeks with 12 in each game against the Rams and Titans. He's scored at least 12 PPR points in each game, and it's great to see him starting to live up to his preseason hype, especially with T.Y. Hilton (neck) out. But I'd lower expectations for him in this matchup with Miami's talented secondary, which is led by Xavien Howard and Byron Jones. That duo should be able to lock down Pittman, and he's only worth using as a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in most leagues.

It's hard to bench DeAndre Hopkins in any Fantasy league, but Kirk, A.J. Green and Rondale Moore are all potential sit candidates this week against the Rams. Kirk is off to a great start this season with two games of at least 17 PPR points, and hopefully he can continue to play well all year in this crowded receiving corps. But I would shy away from him this week in most leagues. The Rams have allowed one receiving touchdown to a wide receiver this season, which was Zach Pascal in Week 2. And Kirk has just 15 catches for 112 yards and no touchdowns in four career meetings with the Rams.

But he should have a tough game this week against the Chargers, who have allowed just one touchdown to a wide receiver this year through the air. So far, Terry McLaurin (10 PPR points), Amari Cooper (five PPR points) and Tyreek Hill (10 PPR points) have struggled against the Chargers, with only CeeDee Lamb (16 PPR points) having a quality outing. It was great to see Callaway catch his first NFL touchdown in Week 3 at New England, but it was completely ridiculous how it happened. He fell down while running into the end zone, Jameis Winston was then in the process of being sacked, and Winston just heaved the ball into the back of the end zone. Luckily for Winston, Callaway went up to grab it, and a disaster turned into a score. But Callaway only has 11 targets, seven catches and 63 yards on the season, and Winston is averaging just 21 passes a game. I'm not ready to trust Callaway just yet even though he scored.

We're waiting to find out the status of Diontae Johnson (knee) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (ribs), but Claypool is fine and coming off a solid game in Week 3 against the Bengals with nine catches for 96 yards on 15 targets. He could have the chance for plenty of volume again if Johnson and Claypool are out, but he also should see plenty of coverage from Packers standout cornerback Jaire Alexander. Last week, Alexander helped limit Samuel to five catches for 52 yards on 10 targets, and Claypool could end up with a similar outcome. I'd only use Claypool as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues this week.

We're at the point of the season already where Fantasy managers are ready to bail on Pitts after a slow start. Don't do that yet. While he doesn't have a touchdown and just had a season-low three targets and two catches in Week 3 at the Giants, this could be a breakout game for him. Washington struggled with Jared Cook a little in Week 1 when he had five catches for 56 yards on eight targets, and Dawson Knox had four catches for 49 yards and a touchdown against Washington last week on five targets. Hopefully, Matt Ryan will lean on Pitts in this matchup, and I still plan to start him in all leagues.

Tonyan was shut out against the 49ers in Week 3 with one catch for 6 yards, but he did score in his last home game in Week 2 against the Lions with three catches for 52 yards and a touchdown on three targets. He's the classic touchdown or bust tight end, so if he's not scoring then he's not helping your Fantasy team. The Steelers have allowed one touchdown to a tight end this year, which was Foster Moreau in Week 2. However, in that same game, Pittsburgh held Darren Waller to five catches for 65 yards on seven targets. If the Steelers keep Tonyan out of the end zone then he's headed for a down game.
