Hopkins (hamstring) is considered day-to-day after missing Sunday's 31-17 win at San Francisco, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Hopkins was inactive for only the third time in his eight-plus seasons as a pro in Week 9. He'll look to get back on the practice field this week for the first time since Week 7 prep, which would set himself up to return to action Sunday versus the Panthers. Coach Kliff Kingsbury was less certain regarding the state of quarterback Kyler Murray's ankle, who missed the first game of his career Week 9. Kingsbury relayed he doesn't "have a feel" for the QB's potential to play Sunday. If Murray doesn't gain clearance to return this weekend but Hopkins does, the wide receiver will be on the receiving end of passes from Colt McCoy.
