Elijah Mitchell rushed for 137 yards and a TD on 18 carries against the Bears. Mitchell (ribs) is questionable for Sunday's game against Arizona. Deebo Samuel had six receptions for 171 yards and became the first 49er in 19 years to record three 150-yard receiving outings in a season.
