Our weekly Fantasy Basketball Planner is the essential guide to setting your lineup for the upcoming scoring period. Every week, we provide you with news and notes for each team, tracking hot and cold players, injuries and rotation changes.

Atlanta Hawks
Schedule: @IND, DAL
Good Plays: Al Horford, Josh Smith, Joe Johnson
Bad Plays: Mike Bibby, Jeff Teague, Zaza Pachula, Marvin Williams
Toss Ups: Jamal Crawford
Injury Report: Marvin Williams (knee/day-to-day)
Notes: The Hawks are the only NBA team to play just two games in Week 4. ... The team's top trio of Horford, Smith and Johnson should do enough in two games to be worthy of activating in most cumulative formats. ... Crawford is averaging a 13-3-3 line over his last five games. Avoid him outside of deeper average-based leagues this week.

Boston Celtics
Schedule: WAS, OKC, @TOR
Good Plays: Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen
Bad Plays: Jermaine O'Neal, Shaquille O'Neal, Nate Robinson, Delonte West, Semih Erden
Toss Ups: Glen Davis
Injury Report: Jermaine O'Neal (knee/day-to-day), Kendrick Perkins (knee/February)
Notes: Jermaine O'Neal said he was dealing with "debilitating" pain on Thursday. His numbers have been far too poor to even consider taking a chance on him at less than 100 percent. ... Davis is getting consistently over 30 minutes per game and around 7-9 shots in the offense. Use him in leagues where his 11 points and four boards per game are of use. He is also offering over a steal per game.

Charlotte Bobcats
Schedule: MIN, @MIA, PHO
Good Plays: Gerald Wallace, Stephen Jackson
Bad Plays: Shaun Livingston, Nazr Mohammed
Toss Ups: D.J. Augustin, Boris Diaw, Tyrus Thomas
Injury Report: Kwame Brown (ankle/day-to-day)
Notes: Augustin has been hot and cold offensively, but his assists have remained steady at around seven per game. His scoring should go up against the Timberwolves and Suns. He should be a solid play. ... Diaw should also benefit from potentially high-scoring games against Minnesota and Phoenix. He is averaging a 12-4-5 line over his last five. He could be somewhere in the 14-4-5 range this week. ... Thomas is getting only around 20 minutes per game, but is offering more than two blocks per game and around 11 points with five rebounds.

Chicago Bulls
Schedule: @HOU, @SA, @DAL
Good Plays: Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah, Luol Deng
Bad Plays: Ronnie Brewer, C.J. Watson, Kyle Korver
Toss Ups: Taj Gibson
Injury Report: Carlos Boozer (hand/December)
Notes: Gibson is on an offensive tear and has seen his playing time rise to the 35-40 minute range with around 12-14 shots per game. He is offering mid-teens scoring with around six boards per game and his usual help in blocks. With Boozer out until December, Gibson is a great play and likely will be for another few weeks. ... Korver has had some decent lines but is overly dependent on his outside shot falling, making him highly inconsistent. Avoid him outside of those leagues where his usual contribution of about a 3-pointer per game is of help.

Cleveland Cavaliers
Schedule: PHI, @NO, @SA
Good Plays: J.J. Hickson
Bad Plays: Anthony Parker, Jamario Moon
Toss Ups: Mo Williams, Anderson Varejao, Daniel Gibson, Antawn Jamison, Ramon Sessions
Injury Report: Mo Williams (hip/day-to-day), Anderson Varejao (ribs/day-to-day)
Notes: Williams suffered a similar hip injury on Wednesday to the one that sidelined him for a month previously. He remains hopeful he could return this weekend. We have our doubts. Be fully prepared to go without him in Week 4 and possibly beyond. ... If Williams is out, Sessions will return to a more prominent role in the rotation. He has been at around 14-4-4 over his last two games even prior to Williams' injury. View him as a sleeper for deep leagues. ... Gibson is another player who would beneft from a lengthy Williams absence, but he has been able to put up good numbers even alongside him. He is capable of mid-teens scoring and his assist numbers would rise with Williams out. ... Jamison is finally starting to come around and is adjusting to his bench role. Getting around 25-30 minutes, he is back to 10-12 shots per game and is rebounding very well. He looks like a safe play again as at least a No. 3 forward. ... Varejao is averaging 10 points and nine rebounds over his last five games. He hurt his ribs this week against the Nets, but is not expected to miss any time and looks like a solid No. 2 center option.

Dallas Mavericks
Schedule: NO, @NO, CHI, @ATL
Good Plays: Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry
Bad Plays: Roddy Beaubois, Brendan Haywood, Jose Juan Barea
Toss Ups: Caron Butler, Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler
Injury Report: Dirk Nowitzki (ankle/day-to-day), Caron Butler (back/day-to-day), Roddy Beaubois (foot/mid-November)
Notes: Nowitzki twisted an ankle in Wednesday's game, but played on. He should be OK for Week 4 barring major setbacks. ... Butler is dealing with back spasms, but he should be back for a full week in Week 4. Monitor him over the weekend. ... If Butler is back, Marion becomes a player to avoid as his recent spike in production was only due to Butler's absence. ... Beaubois is still limited as far as what he is able to do in his rehab. Do not expect him back this week. ... Chandler has taken control of the primary center role in Dallas, pushing aside Haywood. He's suddenly flashing 10-and-10 potential with around a block and a steal per game.

Denver Nuggets
Schedule: @PHO, NY, @POR, NJ
Good Plays: Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups
Bad Plays: Shelden Williams, Ty Lawson
Toss Ups: Al Harrington, Nene, Arron Afflalo, J.R. Smith
Injury Report: Chris Andersen (knee/December), Kenyon Martin (knee/January)
Notes: We are aware that Billups is not producing to his usual level, but he should have plenty of chances to get going in a four-game slate that includes a pair of games against high-volume teams in the Suns and Knicks. ... Lawson dropped 19 on the Pacers this week, but that came with extra minutes and looks in a blowout game. Keep him reserved. ... Williams' early-season production has tailed off along with his playing time. He is averaging 6.4 points and 5.4 rebounds over his last five. ... Harrington is averaging a 13-2-5 stat line over his last five, but has been outstanding from beyond the arc. We like his numbers to rise this week due to the favorable four-game slate. ... Nene is coming off a groin injury but was even able to play both games of a back-to-back set this week. He seems to be a safe play again. ... The Afflalo/Smith battle at the two is back in Afflalo's favor. He has scored 15-plus in four of his last five. Smith, meanwhile has been chipping in around 11 points per game. ... Lawson was on fire from the floor in Thursday night's game against the Lakers and has turned in back-to-back solid outings for the first time this season. On Tuesday, it was as a result of a blowout leading to more minutes. On Thursday, it was because he had the hot hand. We still view him as too risky to trust given his restricted bench role, but another strong performance over the weekend could begin to change our mind.

Detroit Pistons
Schedule: @GS, LAL, WAS
Good Plays: Rodney Stuckey
Bad Plays: Greg Monroe, Will Bynum
Toss Ups: Ben Gordon, Tayshaun Prince, Charlie Villanueva, Richard Hamilton, Ben Wallace, Austin Daye
Injury Report: Jonas Jerebko (Achilles'/February)
Notes: Stuckey has gotten back on track this week after last week's lull. He's a great play again. ... Gordon's production has fallen significantly this past week since being moved to the bench. There may be a transition period, but Gordon has been a prominent bench player throughout his career. If his slump continues through the weekend, then consider reserving him until he can get back on track. ... Hamilton had a huge game in his return to the starting lineup this week with 27 points against the Warriors, but he followed that with a four-point clunker against the Trail Blazers. He should be used mainly as a low-end starter until he can become more consistent, but he'll match up against the Warriors again this week, which tips the scales in his favor. ... Daye continues to show flashes of brilliance, like his 15-1-8 line against the Blazers on Tuesday, but until he can string together a couple of games like that, we recommend avoiding him. He has been highly inconsistent. ... Villanueva is averaging 13.0 points and 5.4 rebounds over his last five games. ... Tayshaun Prince is averaging 13.0 point and 3.2 rebounds over his last five games. Expect more of the same.

Golden State Warriors
Schedule: DET, NY, @LAL
Good Plays: Stephen Curry, David Lee, Monta Ellis
Bad Plays: Reggie Williams, Brandan Wright
Toss Ups: Andris Biedrins, Dorell Wright
Injury Report: David Lee (elbow/day-to-day)
Notes: Lee was held out of Thursday's game against the Bulls after getting cut in the elbow during Wednesday's game against the Knicks. He is expected to return over the weekend, however. ... Biedrins has not gotten much going offensively, but his rebounding has been very consistent. He is good for around seven points and 10 rebounds per game right now. ... Wright has cooled off significantly offensively, but is still offering healthy rebounding totals and he now leads the league in 3-pointers made. Start him in leagues where the 12-4-5 stat line he has averaged over his last five games can be of use -- which is in most formats.

Houston Rockets
Schedule: CHI, @OKC, @TOR
Good Plays: Luis Scola, Kevin Martin
Bad Plays: Yao Ming, Courtney Lee, Shane Battier, Brad Miller, Chuck Hayes
Toss Ups: Ishmael Smith, Kyle Lowry
Injury Report: Yao Ming (leg/day-to-day), Aaron Brooks (ankle/December)
Notes: Yao is expected to miss about a week with the tendon injury he suffered on Wednesday, which would make him too risky to play in the upcoming scoring period as he will miss at least one of the three games. ... The fact that Yao was not ruled out beyond that makes potential beneficiaries like Miller and Hayes players to avoid outside of daily lineup leagues. ... With Brooks sidelined for longer, Smith and Lowry will continue to split time at the point guard spot for Houston. Lowry has more upside, but has been battling back spasms. Smith has the starting job and decent stat lines to his credit recently. Of the two, we like Smith a little more for the time being. Neither is more than a stopgap measure for larger formats, however.

Indiana Pacers
Schedule: ATL, LAC, ORL
Good Plays: Danny Granger, Roy Hibbert, Darren Collison
Bad Plays: Josh McRoberts, Tyler Hansbrough, T.J. Ford
Toss Ups: Mike Dunleavy, Brandon Rush
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: Rush returned from his suspension this week and was plugged into the starting lineup over Dunleavy. The reason given was Dunleavy's shooting woes, but he responded with 31 points off the bench. Continue to monitor this situation as it develops this weekend, but Dunleavy still seems like the player with more upside given what he can give in rebounding and 3-point shooting. Given tough defensive matchups against Atlanta and Orlando in a three-game week, we suggest reserving both outside of somebody emerging in a big way over the weekend. ... Hansbrough's 20-and-9 line this week may attract a lot of attention, but he is far too spotty to trust given his inconsistent role off the bench. Avoid him until he proves consistent. The same goes for McRoberts, who remains ahead of him on the depth chart.

L.A. Clippers
Schedule: NJ, @MIN, @IND, NY
Good Plays: Blake Griffin
Bad Plays: Ryan Gomes, Rasual Butler, Craig Smith
Toss Ups: Eric Gordon, Eric Bledsoe, Baron Davis, DeAndre Jordan, Al-Farouq Aminu, Ryan Gomes
Injury Report: Baron Davis (knee/day-to-day), Eric Gordon (shoulder/day-to-day), Randy Foye (hamstring/mid-November), Chris Kaman (ankle/late November)
Notes: Davis returned from his knee injury this week, but is clearly not yet 100 percent. He will be eased back into the rotation and will likely be too risky to activate barring significant improvement over the weekend. He should be reserved outside of deeper formats, as should his replacement Bledsoe as a result of the uncertainty. ... Gordon should be able to return over the weekend. Unless he returns with limitations or restrictions, which is unlikely, he should be a safe play. That makes his replacement Butler a player to avoid in all formats. ... The absence of Kaman has the Clippers shuffling options up front. Jordan is starting, but Craig Smith and rookie power forward Al-Farouq Aminu are also seeing a boost. Do not expect any one player to pick up all of Kaman's slack, but Jordan and Aminu have some mild sleeper appeal in deep, deep leagues for now.

L.A. Lakers
Schedule: @MIL, @DET, @MIN, GS
Good Plays: Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, Lamar Odom
Bad Plays: Derek Fisher, Steve Blake, Matt Barnes, Shannon Brown
Toss Ups: Ron Artest
Injury Report: Andrew Bynum (knee/late November)
Notes: Artest is starting to pick up the pace offensively after almost ignoring offensive responsibilities earlier in the season. He is not back to being a Fantasy juggernaut by any means, but is making it more appealing to carry him for his help in steals now that it is coming along with low-end double-digit scoring.

Memphis Grizzlies
Schedule: @ORL, POR, @WAS, MIA
Good Plays: Zach Randolph, Rudy Gay, O.J. Mayo, Marc Gasol
Bad Plays: Hasheem Thabeet, Xavier Henry, Darrell Arthur
Toss Ups: Mike Conley
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: Conley is averaging 14.6 points and 7.2 assists with 4.0 rebounds over his last five games. Add to that 2.8 steals per contest and you've got yourself just about a must-start in all formats. ... The Grizzlies have five players active in over 85 percent of CBSSports.com leagues.

Miami Heat
Schedule: PHO, CHA, @MEM
Good Plays: LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh
Bad Plays: Carlos Arroyo, Mario Chalmers, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Joel Anthony, Jerry Stackhouse
Toss Ups: Udonis Haslem, James Jones
Injury Report: Mike Miller (thumb, ankle/January)
Notes: Udonis Haslem enters the weekend averaging 10.2 points and 8.4 rebounds over his last five games. Despite not starting, he is getting around 30 minutes per game and is a reliable low-end play and a trustworthy stopgap off the waiver wire. ... Jones has dropped to second in the league in 3-pointers made. He remains useful only for help in that category in Rotisserie formats.

Milwaukee Bucks
Schedule: PHO, CHA, @MEM
Good Plays: Brandon Jennings, Andrew Bogut
Bad Plays: Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Earl Boykins
Toss Ups: John Salmons, Corey Maggette, Carlos Delfino, Drew Gooden, Ersan Ilyasova
Injury Report: Carlos Delfino (neck/day-to-day), Chris Douglas-Roberts (eye/late November), Michael Redd (knee/February)
Notes: Salmons is starting to come around after his slow start, but is not yet in mid-season form. He is averaging a 14-4-4 line over his last five games and does look like a decent low-end starter again. ... Delfino is dealing with a sore neck, but should be back over the weekend. His return should continue to lend itself to the inconsistency of both his and Maggette's numbers. ... Gooden and Ilyasova have been splitting playing time at the four almost evenly, but somehow both players have found a way to be mildly productive. Ilyasova turned in 17 points and 10 rebounds against the Hawks on Wednesday in 27 minutes while getting 16 shots. Don't expect that consistently, but he is clearly playing a more prominent role.

Minnesota Timberwolves
Schedule: @CHA, LAC, LAL
Good Plays: Kevin Love, Michael Beasley
Bad Plays: Anthony Tolliver, Sebastian Telfair, Wesley Johnson
Toss Ups: Corey Brewer, Darko Milicic
Injury Report: Wayne Ellington (thigh/day-to-day), Jonny Flynn (hip/out until at least Nov. 17), Luke Ridnour (hamstring/out until at least Nov. 17), Martell Webster (back/late November)
Notes: Flynn could return on Wednesday to make his season debut, but a lengthy absence will likely lead to a limited role initially. We certainly would not recommend activating him just yet, but his return will make Telfair a player to avoid. ... Brewer is averaging 2.6 steals over his last five games, but just 11.2 points and 3.2 rebounds. ... Milicic is starting to see more of an offensive workload. He saw 11-12 shots in back-to-back games this week against the Lakers and Kings, leading to around 10 points per game to go with 7.5 rebounds. He is also averaging 2.4 blocks per game over his last five and makes for a decent sleeper start for owners needing a stopgap at center off the waiver wire.

New Jersey Nets
Schedule: @LAC, @UTA, @SAC, @DEN
Good Plays: Brook Lopez, Devin Harris
Bad Plays: Jordan Farmar, Kris Humphries
Toss Ups: Troy Murphy, Derrick Favors, Anthony Morrow, Travis Outlaw
Injury Report: Troy Murphy (foot/day-to-day), Terrence Williams (abdominal strain/day-to-day)
Notes: Murphy is day to day with a foot injury that could force him out through the weekend, but the team thinks he has avoided serious injury. ... Humphries had a huge game in his absence this week with 18 rebounds to go with 13 points at Cleveland on Wednesday, but we would not count on a repeat of that performance, Murphy or no Murphy. ... Favors did not get an increase in playing time even with Murphy out and has been capped to around 20 minutes per game, leading to mediocre averages of just 7.8 points and 5.6 rebounds per game over his last five. ... Morrow is looking at 30-35 minutes per game and has attempted 54 shots over his last five games, including 29 3-pointers. He looks like a decent low-end starter and should benefit from favorable matchups against three teams that allow 100-plus points per game this week. ... Outlaw has had a couple of plus performances in his last five games, but has been held to six or fewer points in three of his last five.

New Orleans Hornets
Schedule: @DAL, DAL, CLE, @SAC
Good Plays: Chris Paul, David West, Emeka Okafor
Bad Plays: Marcus Thornton
Toss Ups: Trevor Ariza, Marco Belinelli
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: Ariza is averaging just 8.9 shots per game this season, down from 13.9 per game a season ago. His scoring has dipped to 10.3 points per game as a result. He has gone from must-start to fringe play in Fantasy, but can be relied upon as a low-end play this week in cumulative formats given his four-game slate. ... Thornton appears to have been completely pushed out of the team's rotation, receiving a DNP-CD this Tuesday against the Clippers. ... Belinelli is avearging around 26 minutes per game and is offering up steady 3-point production, but is only offering low double-digit scoring otherwise.

New York Knicks
Schedule: @DEN, @SAC, @GS, @LAC
Good Plays: Amar'e Stoudemire, Raymond Felton, Wilson Chandler,Danilo Gallinari
Bad Plays: Timofey Mozgov, Eddy Curry
Toss Ups: Toney Douglas, Landry Fields, Ronny Turiaf
Injury Report: Ronny Turiaf (knee/day-to-day), Eddy Curry (hamstring/day-to-day), Kelenna Azubuike (knee/out indefinitely)
Notes: The Kings, Warriors and Clippers each allow over 104 points per game. Expect some very loaded box scores this week for the Knicks, a team that allows 104.5 points itself. ... Douglas has struggled with his shot in two games this week, but he continues to see excellent playing time and double-digit shots per game. With the matchups the Knicks will be facing, anybody getting his kind of workload should be considered a strong play. ... Fields should enjoy some of the trickle-down effect from the potentially high-scoring games, but he is only seeing around 5-7 shots per game despite starting. He should be saved for deeper formats as more of an emergency stopgap measure for deeper leagues. ... Turiaf is expected to return over the weekend. While he has no real offensive game to speak of, a double-digit scoring performance or two may not be out of the question to go along with his blocks and boards this week given the high-volume games we expect.

Oklahoma City Thunder
Schedule: @UTA, HOU, @BOS, @MIL
Good Plays: Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook
Bad Plays: James Harden, Nenad Krstic, Cole Aldrich, Thabo Sefolosha
Toss Ups: Jeff Green, Serge Ibaka
Injury Report: Jeff Green (ankle/day-to-da), Nick Collison (knee/mid-November)
Notes: Green is looking to get back in the team's lineup as soon as Friday's game. Barring a setback over the weekend, count on having him active in all leagues for Week 4. ... Ibaka is averaging 10.2 points and 7.4 rebounds per game over his last five games, including 28.6 minutes per contest.

Orlando Magic
Schedule: MEM, PHO, @IND
Good Plays: Dwight Howard, Vince Carter
Bad Plays: Brandon Bass, Ryan Anderson, Chris Duhon, J.J. Redick, Quentin Richardson, Marcin Gortat
Toss Ups: Rashard Lewis, Jameer Nelson
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: The Magic continue to mix and match at the power forward position, with no real answers yet. Anderson, Bass and even Gortat are getting time at the four with Lewis returning to his more comfortable small forward role. Inconsistent playing time is leading to inconsistent results. Avoid them all for now. ... Lewis is averaging 13.0 points and 6.6 rebounds per game over his last five games and is 11 for 29 from beyond the arc in that span. ... Nelson has been dealing with the effects of a sprained ankle, but his last two performances have been stellar. He is a strong play as a No. 3 guard right now.

Philadelphia 76ers
Schedule: @CLE, TOR, MIL
Good Plays: Andre Iguodala, Elton Brand, Jrue Holiday
Bad Plays: Lou Williams, Thaddeus Young, Spencer Hawes, Marreese Speights, Andres Nocioni
Toss Ups: Evan Turner
Injury Report: Andre Iguodala (Achilles'/day-to-day), Lou Williams (shoulder/day-to-day)
Notes: Iguodala plans on returning to action on Friday. Provided that he proves healthy over the weekend, he should be a safe play. ... Williams suffered a separated left (non-shooting) shoulder on Wednesday. His status has yet to be determined, but odds are that he will likely miss at least a few games. ... Turner will likely continue to see a boost in playing time with Williams out. He has responded well in back-to-back games with 35-plus minutes, providing around 15 points and nine boards per game with a steal per contest. Consider him a solid low-end play this week. ... Young is averaging just 7.8 points and 3.2 rebounds over his last five games.

Phoenix Suns
Schedule: DEN, @MIA, @ORL, @CHA
Good Plays: Steve Nash, Jason Richardson
Bad Plays: Hedo Turkoglu, Channing Frye, Goran Dragic, Josh Childress, Jared Dudley
Toss Ups: Grant Hill, Hakim Warrick, Robin Lopez
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: The Suns will face three teams that rank among the top eight defensive teams in the league in Week 4. ... Hill is on a solid run, scoring 14-plus points in four of his last five games and averaging 7.0 rebounds during that span. He is getting nearly 30 minutes per game and is worth using as a low-end starter. ... Warrick has 15-plus points in three of his last four games. He played 30-plus minutes in each of those games. ... Since his 18-and-14 game against the Lakers on Oct. 29, Lopez has totaled 13 points and 10 rebounds over four games. The Suns will face teams with size up front this week, however, so his playing time could jump a bit after four straight games under 20 minutes per game.

Portland Trail Blazers
Schedule: @MEM, DEN, UTA
Good Plays: LaMarcus Aldridge, Andre Miller
Bad Plays: Rudy Fernandez, Wesley Matthews
Toss Ups: Brandon Roy, Marcus Camby, Nicolas Batum
Injury Report: Brandon Roy (knee/day-to-day), Joel Przybilla (knee/out indefinitely), Greg Oden (knee/December)
Notes: The Blazers are awaiting the opinion of a Los Angeles doctor before deciding what to do with Roy, but they have announced his playing time will be restricted. Roy says that his knee is getting worse and while he will continue to play for now, the possibility of him being shut down some time in the next week exists. Have healthy alternatives prepared. ... With Roy being restricted, Batum's role should continue to increase. He has scored at least 16 points in four straight games and offers premium 3-point shooting to go with about a steal per game. He is a real sleeper for big things in the near future. ... Camby is not scoring much, just 6.2 points per game in his last five, but is rebounding at a high level and is offering his usual solid numbers in blocks. In leagues that start two centers, he remains a good play.

Sacramento Kings
Schedule: NY, NJ, NO
Good Plays: Tyreke Evans
Bad Plays: Samuel Dalembert, Francisco Garcia, Omri Casspi, Donte Greene
Toss Ups: Carl Landry, Beno Udrih, Samuel Dalembert
Injury Report: Tyreke Evans (ankle/day-to-day)
Notes: Evans tweaked his ankle stepping on a cameraman's foot on Wednesday, but he played on and should be fine. ... Landry is seeing his role get reduced further and further with each passing game. He has attempted just 10 shots over his last two games and has seen his playing time dip to around 20 minutes per contest. He has to be reserved in all leagues right now. ... Dalembert is seeing his playing time rise with Cousins showing some typical rookie faults. With Dalembert back to about 35 minutes per game, he is producing double-digit rebound totals with premium block production. .... Udrih, averaging around 36 minutes per game, has quietly managed a 14-7-4 line over his last five games.

San Antonio Spurs
Schedule: ORL, @MIN, DAL, @NO
Good Plays: Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, Richard Jefferson
Bad Plays: George Hill, DeJuan Blair, Antonio McDyess, Tiago Splitter, James Anderson
Toss Ups: None.
Injury Report: No significant injuries.
Notes: Somehow, despite the fact that Jefferson is averaging 18.6 points per game in a bounce-back start, he is active in just 63 percent of CBSSports.com leagues. ... Blair's uninspiring start continues. He is averaging just 4.4 points and 6.8 rebounds over his last five games and has seen an average of just 24.1 minutes per game this season despite starting.

Toronto Raptors
Schedule: @WAS, @PHI, HOU, BOS
Good Plays: Andrea Bargnani
Bad Plays: Jose Calderon, Leandro Barbosa, Sonny Weems
Toss Ups: Jarrett Jack, Linas Kleiza, Reggie Evans, Amir Johnson, DeMar DeRozan
Injury Report: Linas Kleiza (Achilles'/day-to-day), Reggie Evans (hip/day-to-day), Jarrett Jack (knee/day-to-day)
Notes: Jack is getting around 30 minutes per game and has been consistently scoring in the mid-teens with around five assists per game. That qualifies him as a solid No. 3 guard in standard formats. ... Kleiza continues to be maddingly inconsistent, capable of 20 points one night and four points the next. A sore Achilles' certainly does not make him any more appealing in Fantasy play. ... Still no offense from Evans, but who cares? He is good at what he does best and that is rebounding to the tune of about nine boards per game in around 25 minutes. He also offers about a steal and a half per game for owners in category play. ... Very quietly, Johnson has done well with about 20-25 minutes per game. He has worked his way up the depth chart and is seeing good run off the bench after seeing very little playing time in the first couple of weeks. He has averaged 11.8 points and 9.0 rebounds over four games since getting a boost in playing time. ... DeRozan has suddenly hit a wall over his last three games after offering mid-teens scoring in previous games. He should be avoided barring a quick turnaround over the weekend.

Utah Jazz
Schedule: OKC, NJ, SA, @POR
Good Plays: Deron Williams, Al Jefferson, Paul Millsap
Bad Plays: Mehmet Okur, Raja Bell, Earl Watson, Gordon Hayward
Toss Ups: Andrei Kirilenko, C.J. Miles
Injury Report: Mehmet Okur (Achilles'/out indefinitely)
Notes: Kirilenko is not topping the charts in any particular category, but he is spreading it around as usual. Over his last five games, he is averaging a 12-3-5 line with a steal and a block per game. He has hit two 3-pointers in three straight games. ... Miles continues to be spotty, but has displayed promising upside as a 3-point shooter for deeper category leagues. His discussed promotion to the starting lineup never came to fruition.

Washington Wizards
Schedule: TOR, @BOS, MEM, @DET
Good Plays: John Wall, Andray Blatche
Bad Plays: Kirk Hinrich, Yi Jianlian
Toss Ups: Gilbert Arenas, Al Thornton, JaVale McGee
Injury Report: Josh Howard (knee/December)
Notes: After an 18-point performance in his regular-season debut, Arenas scored just 18 points combined over his next two games. The Wizards are playing him just 25 minutes per game, but he is looking at around 12-13 shots per contest with a heavy workload from beyond the arc. He won't be returning to the days of Agent Zero, but there is still value here as a low-end starter in standard formats for a four-game week like this one. ... Thornton has scored 20-plus points in three of his last five games and has been getting heavy playing time with Howard sidelined in the neighborhood of 35 minutes per game.
