  • Dolphins' Teddy Bridgewater: Makes cameo before Tua's return

Bridgewater didn't complete either of his two pass attempts in Sunday's 21-19 win over the Bills.

Bridgewater entered the game after Tua Tagovailoa suffered a back injury, but Tua returned to the game, pushing Bridgewater back to the bench. In addition to the pair of incompletions, Bridgewater also took a sack. Tagovailoa's likely to play Thursday against the Bengals, but Bridgewater would slot in under center if Tagovailoa suffers a setback.

  • Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Nursing soreness ahead of TNF game

Coach Mike McDaniel said Monday that Tagovailoa is dealing with back and ankle soreness and was noncommittal about his status for Thursday's game against the Bengals, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.

Tagovailoa briefly exited during the second quarter of Sunday's narrow win over the Bills, when he stumbled to his feet following a sack, but McDaniel confirms that the quarterback isn't in the concussion protocol, per Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post. It sounds like the Dolphins will monitor Tagovailoa throughout practice this week before making a decision about his status versus the Bengals on Thursday. If Tagovailoa can't go on a short week, it would fall to Teddy Bridgewater to attempt to keep Miami's offense on track.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Shut down on ground Sunday

Mostert rushed eight times for 11 yards and failed to bring in either of his two targets in the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills on Sunday. He also returned three kickoffs for 54 yards.

The usually efficient running back was anything but, running into a brick wall of a Bills defense on all but one of his carries. Mostert's long run went for nine yards, meaning he netted all of two yards on his seven other rushes. Backfield mate Chase Edmonds was a tad better with 3.5 yards per carry and also scored two touchdowns, but the split between the two figures to remain fairly close again in Thursday night's Week 4 road matchup against the Bengals.

  • Dolphins' Chase Edmonds: Two rushing TDs in win

Edmonds rushed six times for 21 yards and two touchdowns and secured his only target for six yards in the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills on Sunday.

A week after the team's air attack took center stage, Edmonds recorded two of the Dolphins' three touchdowns with one- and three-yard runs in the first and fourth quarter, respectively. The veteran back has opened his Miami tenure with sub-par efficiency -- he's toughed out 79 yards on 23 carries -- but the pair of trips to the end zone naturally made his fantasy day Sunday. Edmonds and backfield mate Raheem Mostert (eight carries) had a near-even split of the rushing work Sunday, so the former certainly remains a viable fantasy option for Thursday night's Week 4 road showdown against the Bengals.

  • Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Quiet in Week 3 win

Hill brought in two of four targets for 33 yards in the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills on Sunday.

Hill checked in second in receiving yards for the Dolphins on the afternoon, notable given his total was modest by any standard. The reception, yardage and target tallies were Hill's lowest in his brief Dolphins career, but he'll have a chance to quickly bounce back when Miami faces the Bengals in a Week 4 road matchup Thursday night.

  • Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Another stellar showing in win

Waddle brought in four of six targets for 102 yards and added one rush for nine yards in the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills on Sunday.

Waddle paced the Dolphins in receiving yards, significantly outpacing the runner-up in that category, fellow speedster and position mate Tyreek Hill (33 yards). The former also had a team-high 45-yard catch while forging his second straight 100-yard effort. Waddle's next opportunity to build on his 19-342-3 line comes in a Week 4 road matchup against the Bengals on Thursday night.

  • Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Dealt with back issues in win

Tagovailoa, who completed 13 of 18 passes for 186 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions and netted no gain on one rush in the Dolphins' 21-19 win over the Bills on Sunday, dealt with a back injury during the first half, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The third-year quarterback exited the game late in the first half with what was believed to be a head injury and was eventually cleared of a concussion. Tagovailoa was able to play the second half without interruption, but Rapoport notes the signal-caller's back was injured on a first-quarter sneak before locking up after the second-quarter sack that forced him from the contest. Nevertheless, Tagovailoa's ability to finish the game and his highly efficient performance overall are both highly encouraging with a short week ahead of a Week 4 road matchup against the Bengals on Thursday night.

  • Dolphins' Elandon Roberts: Left with injury

Roberts suffered the injury late in the game, and the severity of his injury is still unknown. He was able to record eight tackles before exiting the contest.

  • Dolphins' Xavien Howard: Back in action

Howard (cramps) returned to Sunday's game against the Bills, Adam H. Beasley of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Howard took a brief visit to the locker room, after he delt with cramps during Sunday's contest against Buffalo. Now that he's returned, expect him to continue guarding the tough assignment in covering Stefon Diggs.

  • Dolphins' Xavien Howard: Questionable to return Sunday

Howard (cramps) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Howard ran into the team's locker room, as he's apparently dealing with cramps in the warm Miami weather. If he's unable to return, Keion Crossen and Noah Igbinoghene are candidates to take on an expanded role at cornerback for the remainder of Sunday's contest against Buffalo, alongside starter Nik Needham.

  • Dolphins' Greg Little: Exits Sunday

Little (finger) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills.

Little lined up as the Dolphins' starting right tackle Sunday with Austin Jackson (ankle) out on IR. Expect offensive tackle Larnel Coleman to shift over to the right side of the offensive line for the time being.
