Alvin Kamara (knee) has been ruled out for Week 11 at Philadelphia, which means Mark Ingram should once again be used as a must-start Fantasy running back in all leagues. He's headed for another quality outing for the second week in a row.

In Week 10 at Tennessee with Kamara sidelined, Ingram had 14 carries for 47 yards and a touchdown, along with four catches for 61 yards on seven targets. He should have 15-plus touches again, and he should work in the passing game.

The Eagles have allowed six touchdowns to running backs in their past five games, and four running backs have scored at least 12 PPR points over that span. Ingram should definitely finish in that range.

Between Kamara and Ingram, the Saints have had a running back score at least 16 PPR points in seven of nine games. Only once did one of those guys score fewer than 12 PPR points.

I like Ingram as a top-15 Fantasy running back in all leagues with Kamara out. He's one of my favorite sleepers for Week 11.

Editor's Note: Projections are provided by CBS Sports and not Jamey Eisenberg. Projected points are for PPR leagues.

Carr didn't play great in the Week 10 loss against the Chiefs, but he still managed 21 Fantasy points. And he's now scored at least 21 Fantasy points in three of his past four games and in six of nine outings this season. Carr should have another quality Fantasy performance this week against the Bengals, who have allowed 20 or more Fantasy points to four of their past five opposing quarterbacks. I like Carr as a low-end starter in Week 11.

Fields had two strong games prior to Chicago's bye in Week 10, and hopefully he continues to improve down the stretch, starting with what has become an easy matchup against Baltimore in Week 11. Fields scored 27 Fantasy points in Week 8 against San Francisco and 19 Fantasy points at Pittsburgh in Week 9, and he's rushed for at least 38 yards in four games in a row. The Ravens have allowed at least 25 Fantasy points to three of their past five opposing quarterbacks, and Fields should be considered a low-end starter in deeper leagues, even with Allen Robinson (hamstring) not expected to play.

Garoppolo only scored 19 Fantasy points in Week 10 against the Rams, but he had at least 23 Fantasy points in each of his previous two starts against the Bears and Cardinals. He's improved as a Fantasy quarterback, and he's keeping Trey Lance on the bench. Garoppolo can be a low-end starter in all leagues, starting in Week 11 at Jacksonville. Now, the Jaguars have held Josh Allen and Carson Wentz to a combined 16 Fantasy points in the past two games, but for the season, Jacksonville has allowed five quarterbacks to score at least 25 Fantasy points.

Elijah Mitchell (finger) is listed as doubtful, so Wilson should be looking at a big workload against Jacksonville. He had the shake off the rust game in Week 10 against the Rams with 10 carries for 28 yards, and now he gets to be the star for San Francisco's run game. Mitchell had at least 18 carries in three of his past four games, and Wilson should inherit the majority of that work in a matchup with the Jaguars. We could see Trey Sermon play some as the No. 2 running back since JaMycal Hasty (ankle) is also out, and Kyle Juszczyk will also be involved in the passing game. But this game should be all about Wilson, and I like him as a top-20 running back in all leagues.

I hope the Titans decide to give more work to Foreman and less for Adrian Peterson moving forward. Peterson looks like a 36-year-old the past two games with a combined 18 carries for 42 yards and a touchdown, along with two catches for 4 yards on two targets. Foreman, meanwhile, has 16 carries for 59 yards over that span, along with two catches for 48 yards on two targets. But with Jeremy McNichols (concussion) out for Week 11 against Houston, Foreman has the chance to be a flex option in all leagues this week, especially if he gets an uptick in the passing game. Against the Texans in Week 11, Foreman could go off in a revenge game since he started his career in Houston in 2017.

Drake busted in Week 10 against the Chiefs with four carries for 16 yards, along with two catches for 15 yards on three targets. That snapped a streak of three games in a row with at least 16 PPR points, but I expect him to rebound this week against the Bengals. Cincinnati is second in the NFL in receptions allowed to running backs with 70, and Drake should play in the passing game in tandem with Josh Jacobs. While Jacobs remains a quality No. 2 Fantasy running back in all leagues, Drake has flex appeal in PPR. He has 13 catches in his past four games.

McKissic was a letdown in Week 10 against the Buccaneers with two carries for 4 yards, along with four catches for 35 yards on four targets. Washington surprised Tampa Bay, and Antonio Gibson was able to have success on the ground. We'll see if Gibson can do something similar against Carolina, but I expect Washington to be chasing points this week against the Panthers. As such, I expect McKissic to play more and have more action in the passing game. He's scored at least 16 PPR points in three of his past six games, and I expect him to be close to that this week. He's a high-end PPR flex in Week 11.

Deebo Samuel might have a hard time in a potential matchup with Jacksonville's Shaquill Griffin, which could open the door for Garoppolo to lean a little more on Aiyuk if he lines up against rookie cornerback Tyson Campbell. Aiyuk struggled in Week 10 against the Rams with three catches for 26 yards on four targets, but prior to that he had 15 targets for 10 catches, 134 yards and a touchdown in two games against the Bears and Cardinals. He should be back in that range this week against the Jaguars, and he's worth using as a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.

Mooney went into his bye in Week 10 having scored at least 12 PPR points in three of his past four games. He has three games with at least six targets over that span, and he's become the go-to receiver for Justin Fields. And now, with Allen Robinson (hamstring) out, Mooney might see an uptick in targets against the Ravens. Baltimore has allowed five receivers to score at least 12 PPR points in the past three games, and Mooney has an opportunity to make plays against this secondary. He's worth using as a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.

Bateman continued to be a go-to option for Lamar Jackson in Week 10 at Miami even with Sammy Watkins back on the field. Bateman had six catches for 80 yards on eight targets, and he now has at least six targets in every game he's played. He's still looking for his first touchdown, but I love his upside as a top weapon for Jackson. And Chicago is No. 6 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, so look for Marquise Brown and Bateman to both play well this week.

In the first game with Julio Jones (hamstring) on injured reserve, Johnson stepped up for the Titans with five catches for 100 yards on six targets against New Orleans in Week 10. This is now three games this season with at least five targets for Johnson, but his performance against the Saints was by far his best. We'll see if he can build off game in Week 11 against Houston, and Johnson is worth using as a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in deeper leagues. The Texans have allowed five touchdowns to opposing receivers in their past three games, which bodes well for A.J. Brown and Johnson this week.

Landry said earlier this week that "I haven't been getting the ball so much," which could lead to a squeaky wheel game against the Lions. He's dealing with a knee injury, but as long as he's healthy, he should be worth using as a No. 3 PPR receiver against Detroit. The Lions have allowed five receivers to score at least 13 PPR points in the past three games, and Landry will end his slump of scoring nine PPR points or less in four games in a row. Donovan Peoples-Jones is also worth using as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in this matchup.

Gallup should be considered a borderline starter in all leagues with Amari Cooper (illness) now on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Cooper averages 7.2 targets per game, so hopefully Gallup can help fill the void. This Cowboys-Chiefs game has the highest projected score of the week at 56 points, so you want players from this game in your Fantasy lineup. And now Gallup is a borderline starter in all leagues with Cooper out. Gallup didn't do much in Week 10 against Atlanta with three catches for 42 yards on five targets, but hopefully that was the shake the rust off game after being out with a calf injury since Week 1. This week, don't be surprised if Gallup finds the end zone against the Chiefs, who have allowed three touchdowns to receivers in the past two games.

Along with Mooney, Kmet should benefit with Allen Robinson (hamstring) out as well in Week 11 against the Ravens. It helps that Kmet is coming off his best game of the season in Week 9 at Pittsburgh with six catches for 87 yards on eight targets, and he has at least six targets in three games in a row. The Ravens are No. 3 in Fantasy points allowed to tight ends, and Fields will likely lean on Kmet to help replace Robinson. I like Kmet as a low-end starting Fantasy tight end in all leagues.

Uzomah has a great matchup in Week 11 at Las Vegas since the Raiders are second in Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. He's a touchdown-or-bust Fantasy option, but he does have a touchdown in three of his past six games. Consider Uzomah a low-end starter in all leagues, with his value slightly higher in non-PPR.

Schultz has struggled the past three games with a combined 14 PPR points over that span, but he should rebound this week against Kansas City with Amari Cooper (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list. The Chiefs are No. 7 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, and Kansas City has allowed four touchdowns to tight ends in the past five games. Gallup and Schultz should be go-to options for Dak Prescott, along with CeeDee Lamb, now that Cooper is out.

Trautman feels like he's on the verge of a big game with at least six targets in three games in a row. He's topped out at five catches and 47 yards over that span, and he's still looking for his first touchdown this year. But in deeper leagues, you might want to speculate on Trautman, especially with a matchup at Philadelphia in Week 11 since the Eagles allow the most Fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Philadelphia has allowed four touchdowns to tight ends in the past five games.
Week 11 Preview

DraftKings

QB: Tua Tagovailoa (at NYJ) $5,500
RB: A.J. Dillon (at MIN) $6,200
RB: Mark Ingram (at PHI) $5,400
WR: A.J. Brown (vs. HOU) $7,700
WR: Brandin Cooks (at TEN) $6,000
WR: Jaylen Waddle (at NYJ) $5,600
TE: Mike Gesicki (at NYJ) $5,200
FLE: Darrel Williams (vs. DAL) $5,400
DST: Panthers (vs. WAS) $2,700

Tagovailoa is my Start of the Week, and I love the option of stacking him with Waddle and Gesicki. All three should be exceptional against the Jets this week.

My other receivers go head-to-head with Brown and Cooks, and both have top-10 upside. Brown has the potential to be the No. 1 receiver in Week 11.

Dillon has top-five upside as the starter in Green Bay with Aaron Jones (knee) out, and Ingram has star potential in place of Alvin Kamara (knee). I also like Williams in the flex spot with Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) not expected to play in Week 11.

FanDuel

QB: Justin Fields (vs. BAL) $6,800
RB: Joe Mixon (at LV) $7,600
RB: A.J. Dillon (at MIN) $6,200
WR: Davante Adams (at MIN) $8,400
WR: Stefon Diggs (vs. IND) $8,100
WR: Darnell Mooney (vs. BAL) $6,000
TE: Cole Kmet (vs. BAL) $5,100
FLEX: A.J. Brown (vs. HOU) $7,200
DEF: Seahawks (vs. ARI) $3,700

I have some crossover with this lineup and the DraftKings lineup with Dillon and Brown. Both will be popular, but both are worth it given the upside.

I like the Bears stack with this team of Fields, Mooney and Kmet. With Allen Robinson (hamstring) out, Mooney and Kmet should get plenty of targets from Fields in what is a favorable matchup with the Ravens.

Mixon, Adams and Diggs should all go off this week and are worth their expensive prices. And I like the Seattle defense, especially if Kyler Murray (ankle) is out again for the Cardinals.
