The 2022 NFL offseason has been a whirlwind of big-name player movement. Soon enough, all the splashy acquisitions will have a chance to take the field with new teams for the first time. The NFL announced Friday official start dates for all 32 teams' offseason programs, including pre-draft workouts, veteran minicamps and organized team activities (OTAs).
Phase One of the programs consists of meetings, strength and conditioning training, and physical rehab. Phase Two can include on-field workouts, and both individual and group drills. Phase Three consists of up to 10 days of OTAs, which are essentially non-contact practices, and can also include one mandatory veteran minicamp per team. Teams with new head coaches are allowed to conduct an additional mandatory minicamp, per the NFL.
Here are the key dates for all 32 teams' offseason programs:
