Russell Wilson struggled in Week 12 at Washington. It appeared like he was having another disappointing performance for the third game in a row. He overthrew receivers and missed guys who were wide open. He looked lost.

Heading into Seattle's final drive, Wilson was a sub-par Fantasy quarterback. But then something clicked. Wilson marched the Seahawks down the field on a 96-yard scoring drive with 2:19 remaining in the game, culminating with a 32-yard touchdown pass to Freddie Swain.

Just like that, Wilson ended up as a good Fantasy quarterback with 22 points. Not great, but good enough to be the No. 8 quarterback for the week and a serviceable starter in most leagues.

Now, Fantasy managers have to decide if Wilson is worth starting again in Week 13 against San Francisco. I liked him as the Start of the Week against Washington because of the matchup, but this is a tougher opponent. The 49ers have held their past four opposing quarterbacks, including Matthew Stafford and Kirk Cousins, to 19 Fantasy points or less.

Wilson scored 25 Fantasy points at San Francisco in Week 4, and he scored at least 21 Fantasy points in four games in a row against the 49ers. But it's still hard to say Wilson is a must-start quarterback in all leagues.

If you started Wilson last week and can't find a serviceable replacement, then stick with him again. But I like Cousins and Derek Carr better than Wilson this week, for example.

I hope he starts connecting with D.K. Metcalf in this matchup since Metcalf has scored 14 PPR points combined in his past three outings. I'm not benching Metcalf yet, and he had 16 PPR points against the 49ers in Week 4.

Tyler Lockett remains a starter also -- he has 27 PPR points in his past two games -- and you can consider Gerald Everett a sleeper again. Everett has scored 14 PPR points in two of his past three games with Wilson.

The 49ers could be without Fred Warner (hamstring) and Dre Greenlaw (groin) this week, which would help Seattle. And hopefully Wilson has another quality outing.

I wish Wilson was a slam-dunk Fantasy starter, but that's not the case right now. But if he scores 22 Fantasy points again then you should feel satisfied, and hopefully this time you don't have to wait for the final drive.

Editor's Note: Projections are provided by CBS Sports and not Jamey Eisenberg. Projected points are for PPR leagues.

I expected Elijah Mitchell to have a big performance in Week 12 against the Vikings, and he didn't disappoint. Minnesota had injury concerns along its defensive line, and Mitchell dominated in the game with 27 carries for 133 yards and a touchdown, along with five catches for 35 yards on six targets.

He should have the chance for a solid encore, and I like him as a top-five Fantasy running back in all leagues. With Deebo Samuel (groin) out, you might get more scoring chances for Mitchell, which would be awesome.

This Seattle defense should be tired after playing Monday night on the East Coast at Washington. And the Seahawks have been bad against opposing running backs all year, especially of late.

They are No. 2 in Fantasy points allowed to running backs for the season, and six running backs have scored at least 12 PPR points against Seattle in the past four games, with four guys (A.J. Dillon, James Conner, Antonio Gibson and J.D. McKissic) scoring at least 20 PPR points. I expect Mitchell to be in that range.

He's been a great story this season as one of the top waiver wire guys after Raheem Mostert (knee) was hurt in Week 1. And now, Mitchell has the chance to lead many Fantasy managers to the playoffs, especially after he dominates the Seahawks in Week 13.

Stafford might be playing with an injured back, ankle and elbow, but he was a great Fantasy quarterback in Week 12 at Green Bay with 28 points. I'm counting on him to have another solid showing this week against the Jaguars at home. He's scored at least 23 Fantasy points in four of five home games this year, including three outings with at least 30 points, and this is a get-right game for the Rams after losing three in a row. Stafford has top-five upside in this matchup.

Cousins was a letdown in Week 12 at San Francisco when he scored 19 Fantasy points, which snapped a three-game streak of him scoring at least 21 points. He should get back on track this week against Detroit. He has passed for at least three touchdowns in three of his past five games against the Lions. And in his past two games at Detroit he has combined for 743 passing yards and eight total touchdowns. Cousins is a top-10 Fantasy quarterback going into Week 13.

He's back from his three-game absence with an ankle injury, and hopefully DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is with him. You should be starting him this week, and hopefully he's back to the form we saw earlier this season when he scored at least 25 Fantasy points in five of his first seven starts. There could be some rust from the extended absence, and his ceiling won't be as high if Hopkins is out. But I'm still starting Murray against the Bears, who have allowed four quarterbacks to score at least 26 Fantasy points this season.

Carr had a strong game at Dallas in Week 12 with 22 Fantasy points, and he passed for 373 yards and a touchdown, along with 21 rushing yards. That's now at least 21 Fantasy points in four of his past six games, and he should have another strong outing this week against Washington. The Football Team defense allows the most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, and Russell Wilson just scored 22 Fantasy points against Washington in Week 12. Carr has top-10 upside this week at home, and he's scored at least 21 Fantasy points in four of six games in Las Vegas this year.

Hill is expected to start for the Saints against Dallas, and hopefully he plays like he did in 2020. Last year, Hill was great as a Fantasy quarterback when he started four games for an injured Drew Brees, scoring at least 22 Fantasy points in three of those outings. The Cowboys have allowed at least 22 Fantasy points to an opposing quarterback in two of their past four games, and Hill is a great streaming option in all leagues this week.

Tagovailoa didn't have a huge game in Week 12 against Carolina, finishing with 15 Fantasy points, but he looks great right now. He was 27-of-31 passing for 230 yards and a touchdown against the Panthers, and he should do well in Week 13 against the Giants. I like Tagovailoa as a streamer in all leagues, and the Giants have allowed six quarterbacks to score at least 22 Fantasy points this year.

Heinicke has played well of late and is worth using as a streaming option in Week 13 at Las Vegas. He only has one game with more than 17 Fantasy points in his past four outings, but Washington has won three games in a row. The matchup with the Raiders is positive since Las Vegas allows the seventh-most Fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, and four quarterbacks have scored at least 23 Fantasy points against the Raiders in their past six games.

Ryan had 20 Fantasy points at Tampa Bay in Week 2, and he could surprise us if he's chasing points this week against the Buccaneers. But in the past five games without Calvin Ridley (personal), Ryan has topped 11 Fantasy points just once, and he's combined for only 13 Fantasy points in his past three games. Tampa Bay also has held two of its past three opposing quarterbacks to 17 Fantasy points or less. Ryan is only worth using in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues this week.

Garoppolo is without Deebo Samuel (groin) this week, and the 49ers should be able to run all over the Seahawks. In his past three games, Garoppolo has scored 19 Fantasy points or less, including just 13 Fantasy points against Minnesota in Week 12. He also has two games over that span with fewer than 200 passing yards. Seattle also has held six of the past seven opposing quarterbacks to 18 Fantasy points or less. I'd only use Garoppolo in two-quarterback and Superflex leagues this week.

Bridgewater is expected to start this week despite playing through a shin injury in Week 12 against the Chargers. But that doesn't mean you should start him in most one-quarterback leagues. He's scored more than 18 Fantasy points just once in his past five games, and the Broncos are leaning heavily on their backfield duo of Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams to carry the offense. Along with that, the Chiefs have held three of the past four opposing quarterbacks to 19 Fantasy points or less. This could be a tough week to trust Bridgewater on the road.

Burrow has been a mediocre Fantasy quarterback of late, and if you are starting him in Week 13 then you should hope for a shootout against Justin Herbert. Most likely, the Bengals will lean on Joe Mixon in this matchup since the Chargers can't stop the run, and Burrow's Fantasy production will be minimal. He's scored 17 Fantasy points or less in three games in a row against the Browns, Raiders and Steelers, and he's been under 200 passing yards in each of his past two outings. The Chargers only give up an average of 17.2 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks because teams run on them, and the Bengals will follow suit. Burrow is not a must-start Fantasy option in Week 13.

It stinks that Dalvin Cook (shoulder) is hurt, but the Vikings should get by with Mattison. And Fantasy managers with Mattison on their roster should be excited. He started two games for Cook already this season in Week 3 against Seattle and Week 5 against Detroit, and he scored at least 22 PPR points in both outings. Against the Lions, Mattison had 25 carries for 113 yards, along with seven catches for 40 yards and a touchdown on seven targets. He'll be involved in all facets of the game -- like Cook -- and he has top-three upside in all leagues.

Gibson is getting hot at the right time, and apparently the bye in Week 9 was the best thing for him. He got to rest his injured shin, and in his past three games he's played well with an increased workload of at least 19 total touches in each outing. His Week 12 performance against Seattle was his best game of the season with 29 carries for 111 yards, along with seven catches for 35 yards on seven targets. He could be highly involved in the passing game again if J.D. McKissic (neck) is out, and Gibson is a top-10 running back in all leagues in that scenario.

Williams is expected to start if D'Andre Swift (shoulder) is out, and coach Dan Campbell said Monday that "it's hard to see" Swift playing this week against the Vikings. That should give Williams the opportunity for 20-plus touches, and he just had 15 carries for 65 yards, along with five catches for 18 yards on five targets, against the Bears in Week 12 after Swift got hurt. Jared Goff will lean on Williams in the passing game, and Detroit had a running back catch at least four passes in a game 11 times this season. The Vikings might get Michael Pierce (elbow) and Dalvin Tomlinson (COVID-19) back for this matchup, but Anthony Barr (hamstring) could be out. Still, based on the workload, Williams is worth starting in all leagues if Swift doesn't play.

It's time to just trust Gaskin as a starting Fantasy running back. He's scored at least 15 PPR points in three of his past four games, and he's starting to deliver on the expectations I had for him at the beginning of the season. He has at least 15 total touches in six games in a row, and you shouldn't worry about Phillip Lindsay becoming too much of a factor yet. This week, Gaskin faces a Giants defense that has allowed a running back to score or gain at least 100 total yards in all but one game, and the Giants are No. 4 in Fantasy points allowed to running backs this year.

Michel could end up starting for the Rams this week if Darrel Henderson (quad) is out, and Michel would be a must-start Fantasy option in all leagues against Jacksonville. Keep an eye on Henderson during practice, and we know the Rams would trust Michel as a starter -- as should Fantasy managers. Henderson was out in Week 3 against Tampa Bay, and Michel saw 23 total touches (20 carries) in that outing. He only had 79 total yards and no touchdowns, but that was a much tougher matchup than facing Jacksonville. And even if Henderson plays, the Rams could reduce his workload since he won't be at 100 percent. That gives Michel some flex appeal even if he's in a secondary role.

Breida has been Buffalo's best running back of late, and we'll see if he gets more work moving forward. With Zack Moss a healthy scratch in Week 12 at the Saints, Breida had 11 total touches (two catches) compared to 16 for Singletary, but Breida had more yards (54-48) and scored a touchdown. He's now scored at least 12 PPR points in two of his past three games, and he has flex appeal in Week 13 against the Patriots. You know New England is going to dare the Bills to run to try to take the ball away from Josh Allen, and we'll see if Singletary and Breida can succeed. The Patriots have allowed a running back to score at least 14 PPR points in six of their past seven games.

We hope to get Alvin Kamara (knee) back this week after a three-game absence, but even if he plays you can still use Ingram as a flex option. The last time both were healthy in Week 9 against Atlanta, Ingram had nine carries for 43 yards, along with five catches for 21 yards on five targets in tandem with Kamara. And if Kamara is out against the Cowboys then Ingram is a must-start Fantasy option in all leagues. He scored at least 14 PPR points in two outings without Kamara and had at least 18 total touches in each game against the Titans and Eagles.

I'm staying away from all the Jets running backs this week, which means you should bench Coleman, Ty Johnson and Austin Walter. One might do something of significance, but it's hard to trust any of them. Last week against Houston, in the first game without Michael Carter (ankle), Coleman (45 percent), Johnson (34 percent) and Walter (24 percent) all got in on the action. Coleman had 18 total touches (two catches) for 70 total yards, Walter had nine carries for 38 yards and a touchdown and Johnson had six carries for 42 yards. That was a game the Jets won, so they had the luxury of giving 31 carries to their backfield. I don't expect the same thing to happen against the Eagles, and Coleman is just a flex play at best in most leagues, with Johnson and Walter more desperation options in deeper formats.

Stevenson is worth using as a flex option in non-PPR leagues, but it's hard to fully trust him when Damien Harris is healthy. Harris was out in Week 10 against Cleveland with a concussion, and Stevenson starred with 27 PPR points. In the past two games with Harris back against the Falcons and Titans, Stevenson has combined for 11 PPR points. Now, he looked great, rushing 12 times for 69 yards against Atlanta and nine times for 46 yards against Tennessee. But he only has one catch for 6 yards on two targets over that span, and Harris scored the lone touchdown during that stretch. This Bills run defense has shown flaws when teams run at them (see Derrick Henry in Week 6 and Jonathan Taylor in Week 11), and we'll see what the Patriots do in this matchup. If Stevenson doesn't score then his Fantasy production could be minimal. Harris is also more of a flex option, and I like him better than Stevenson this week.

We thought there was a glimmer of hope for Johnson in Week 12 against the Jets, but he couldn't even take advantage of the best matchup for running backs this year. He managed 10 carries for 39 yards, along with two catches for 16 yards on three targets, and now it's back to the Fantasy bench for him in all leagues. Johnson caught a touchdown in Week 1 and hasn't scored since, and he's been at nine PPR points or less in every game since Week 1. His luck won't change this week against the Colts, who are No. 5 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to running backs this season and held Johnson to just 21 total yards in Week 6, with a lost fumble.

We'll see if Williams has a bigger role in Week 13 than he did in Week 11 against Dallas in the first game back for Clyde Edwards-Helaire following a five-game absence with a knee injury. Against the Cowboys, Williams was limited to five carries for 15 yards, along with one catch for 11 yards on three targets. Edwards-Helaire should take on more work now that's rested coming off Kansas City's bye in Week 12, and I like him as a starting running back in all leagues. Williams is still a flex option in deeper formats, but keep in mind that Denver hasn't allowed a running back to score on the ground in the past five games. And in six games with Edwards-Helaire on the field this season, Williams has scored more than six PPR points just once.

We thought there was a chance Pollard would be the lead running back for the Cowboys in this game, but all reports indicate Ezekiel Elliott's role will remain intact. That said, Pollard should still get plenty of touches, and he had 10 carries for 36 yards in Week 12 against Las Vegas, along with four catches for 32 yards on four targets. I still like him as a flex option, but this is also a tough matchup against the Saints, who allow the fewest Fantasy points to opposing running backs this year. Elliott is more of a No. 2 running back this week than a No. 1 option because of the New Orleans defense and concerns with his knee/workload, but you're still starting him in all leagues.

It was a respectable 13 PPR points, but we've come to expect more from the third-year breakout receiver. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 7, so he's due. And he's got a good track record against the Steelers with three touchdowns in four career meetings. Pittsburgh has also allowed three receivers to score at least 20 PPR points in the past two games.

Smith was upset following the Week 12 loss to the Giants about his lack of targets, especially toward the end of the game, and it feels like a squeaky wheel opportunity is coming in Week 13 at the Jets in the same building. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said Smith, who was limited to two catches for 22 yards on four targets against the Giants, wanted the chance to help his team win late in the game. "I love the fact that he wants the ball in crunch time and wants it on his shoulders when the game is on the line," Sirianni said. "That's what he was telling me, and I respect that." Smith should get a target spike against the Jets, and he's worth trusting as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues. Nine receivers have also scored at least 13 PPR points against the Jets in their past five games.

Aiyuk is the No. 1 receiver for the 49ers now with Deebo Samuel (groin) out, but Aiyuk has basically been in that role for the past two weeks since Samuel has spent more time in the backfield. In his past two games, Aiyuk has 13 targets for 10 catches, 176 yards and a touchdown, and he scored at least 12 PPR points in three of his past four outings. This week he's facing a Seahawks defense that he torched last year in Seattle for eight catches, 91 yards and a touchdown in Week 9. Let's hope history repeats itself this week, and Aiyuk should be considered a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.

Renfrow has moved into must-start territory in all leagues after scoring at least 12 PPR points in four of his past five games. He has two touchdowns and one game with 134 yards over that span, including four outings with at least eight targets. He should continue to see a healthy amount of targets from Derek Carr with Darren Waller (knee) banged up, and this is a great matchup against Washington. The Football Team is No. 4 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and six receivers have scored at least 12 PPR points against Washington in the past five games.

Jefferson and Odell Beckham are both worth starting as high-end No. 3 Fantasy receivers in all leagues, but make sure Beckham is healthy after dealing with a hip injury in Week 12 at Green Bay. It was a standout game for Jefferson and Beckham against the Packers, and hopefully that momentum carries over to Week 13 against the Jaguars. Jefferson had nine targets and finished with three catches for 93 yards and a touchdown. Beckham had 10 targets and finished with five catches for 81 yards and a touchdown. Both guys probably won't have similar success this week against the Jaguars, especially with Cooper Kupp still the clear-cut No. 1 receiver for Matthew Stafford, but it's worth the gamble to use both guys against Jacksonville. And if Beckham is out, Jefferson becomes a must-start Fantasy option in all leagues.

Kirk scored at least 12 PPR points in four of his past six games, including two of those outings with McCoy, but Kirk hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 7. DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) is expected to play this week, and Kirk also has to contend with A.J. Green, Rondale Moore and Zach Ertz. But Kirk has nine games this season with at least five targets, and he's scored at least 12 PPR points in six of them. He should be trusted as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.

Kendrick Bourne is worth a look as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver this week, especially since Buffalo is without standout cornerback Tre'Davious White (ACL) for the rest of the season. Bourne has three touchdowns in his past three games, and he scored at least 14 PPR points in four of his past seven outings. But I like Meyers better in PPR for this matchup, and he had 14 targets in his past two games against Atlanta and Tennessee, finishing with five catches for 98 yards against the Titans in Week 12. Meyers should be a go-to option for Mac Jones this week, and he's worth using as a No. 3 PPR receiver in this matchup.

Reynolds finally made an impact with the Lions in Week 12 against Chicago with three catches for 70 yards and a touchdown on five targets. And now he gets a Vikings defense that has pass rush and secondary concerns in Week 13. Jared Goff should continue to look for Reynolds moving forward, and remember those two played together with the Rams. Minnesota has allowed seven touchdowns to wide receivers in the past five games, and nine receivers have scored at least 12 PPR points against the Vikings over that span.

Hilton loves facing the Texans. He's played them 19 times in his career, and he has 101 catches for 1,798 yards and 11 touchdowns on 160 targets over that span. He had four catches for 80 yards on four targets in Week 6 against the Texans, and hopefully that's the floor for him in the rematch. He also just had four catches for 28 yards and a touchdown on five targets in Week 12 against Tampa Bay. Michael Pittman is a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in this matchup, but Hilton isn't far behind him. He's a sneaky option in deeper leagues given his track record against Houston.

I hope Williams proves me wrong for this posting and has a tremendous game this week, but it's hard to trust him given his recent lack of success. He's scored seven PPR points or less in five of his past six games, and he's had six targets or less in five of those outings. He started the season scoring at least 22 PPR points in four of his first five games, but he's mostly disappeared since then. He's still worth using as a starter in three-receiver leagues, but he's no longer a must-start option in most formats.

Sutton has been bad lately, and it coincides with Jerry Jeudy coming back from his ankle injury. In his past four games, Sutton has combined for 16 PPR points with just 12 targets. The Broncos are relying more on their running backs than their receivers with Melvin Gordon and Javonte Williams carrying the offense, and it's impacted Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick and Noah Fant. I still like Jeudy as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues, and Fant is a low-end starter at tight end. But Sutton and Patrick can't be trusted in most leagues given their recent lack of production, especially Sutton whenever Jeudy is on the field.

There's no reason to expect Sanders to break out of his recent slump against the Patriots this week, especially since New England is No. 4 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. Sanders hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 5, and he's combined for 26 PPR points in his past five games on just 22 targets. I'm starting Stefon Diggs with confidence even in this tough matchup, and Beasley remains in play in PPR as a No. 3 receiver. But Sanders should remain on the bench until he proves otherwise, and it's hard to expect a quality outing against New England this week.

I thought Jones had the chance to help Fantasy managers as a No. 3 receiver in Week 12 against Atlanta, and he had seven targets against the Falcons at home. But he managed just four catches for 43 yards, and there's no reason to think he'll improve against the Rams on the road. Jones has one touchdown since Week 2 and has scored nine PPR points or less in five games in a row. Jones and Laviska Shenault are at best No. 4 Fantasy receivers in deeper leagues for Week 13.

We're not sure if Daniel Jones (neck) or Mike Glennon will start this week for the Giants, but it's hard to trust Golladay with this shaky quarterback situation. Now, he should see a decent amount of targets because it seems like Sterling Shepard (quad) and Kadarius Toney (quad) will remain out this week, but that should mean even more attention from Xavien Howard and Byron Jones. Keep an eye on Jones' health, but Golladay is a low-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver at best in this matchup.

Our fears became a reality in Week 12 for Moore against the Texans. With Zach Wilson back under center for the Jets, Moore's Fantasy production suffered with four catches for 46 yards on eight targets. It snapped a four-game streak of Moore scoring at least 12 PPR points, and all of that production came from Mike White, Josh Johnson and Joe Flacco when Wilson was out with a knee injury. We'll see if Wilson and Moore can connect for better production in Week 13 against the Eagles, but this is a tough matchup against a Philadelphia secondary led by Darius Slay. The Eagles allow the third-fewest Fantasy points to opposing receivers, and Moore is just a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in most leagues for this week.

The last time we saw Ertz he was a star in Week 11 at Seattle with eight catches for 88 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets. He did that with Colt McCoy under center and DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) out, and Hopkins and Kyler Murray (ankle) are expected to return this week. Still, I expect Ertz to have a prominent role, and the Bears have allowed a tight end to score at least 12 PPR points in each of their past three games against Pat Freiermuth, Mark Andrews and T.J. Hockenson. Look for Ertz to follow suit this week.

We don't know who's starting at quarterback for the Bears in Week 13 against the Cardinals, or if Allen Robinson (hamstring) will play. But Kmet should remain a focal point of the passing game, and he just had eight catches for 65 yards on 11 targets in Week 12 at Detroit with Andy Dalton under center. In Week 9 at Pittsburgh, Kmet had six catches for 87 yards on eight targets from Justin Fields, so the quarterback concern should be minimal. Robinson's availability could sway how you view Kmet, but I like him as a low-end starter in all leagues in Week 13 against the Cardinals based on his expected volume as the No. 2 option behind Darnell Mooney.

I'm hesitant to recommend sitting Henry because the last time I did that he scored two touchdowns against the Browns in Week 10 with four catches for 37 yards on four targets. Since then he's been shut out of the end zone and combined for just seven PPR points in his past two games against Atlanta and Tennessee. If he doesn't score then his Fantasy production is minimal, and he's been at four catches or less and 37 yards or less in seven games in a row. Buffalo has only allowed three touchdowns to tight ends this year, and Henry will be a disappointment if he doesn't score.

Knox has been fantastic this season, and he comes into Week 13 against the Patriots with at least 14 PPR points in each of his past two outings against the Colts and Saints. He has seven touchdowns on the season, and he's become a must-start Fantasy tight end in all leagues. But this could be a rough outing for him against New England. The Patriots are No. 1 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to tight ends, and New England has allowed just three touchdowns to tight ends this year. I'm not benching Knox outright in most leagues, but he should struggle if he doesn't score. This is likely one of the guys the Patriots try to eliminate to frustrate Josh Allen, so just be careful about starting Knox in the majority of leagues.

Prior to both missing the past three games, the Cardinals had scored at least 31 points in six of their first seven games. Arizona also had just six turnovers over that span.
