The Cardinals backup lost a competition of some kind.
Black and gold icing, a Drew Brees jersey and a helmet on top.
Cam Newton is a fun-loving guy, but if you cross the line in heckling him, he'll put you in your place.
Sherman has been traveling all over the field with No. 1 receivers more often. Shadow coverage has only occasionally affected Brown's performance this season.
Tom Brady's pass catching crew just keeps getting thinner.

11/29/15TEOwen DanielsKNEEPROBABLEDaniels (knee) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday, Daniels returned to full participation Friday. He should be fine for Sunday's game, but with Vernon Davis now in the mix at tight end, targets may be a bit harder to come by. However, Daniels still managed to log 56 snaps in a Week 11 win over the Bears.

11/29/15TEVirgil GreenFINGERPROBABLEGreen was targeted once in Sunday's win over Chicago, recording a nine-yard reception.

Following a three-catch performance in Week 8, Green has been targeted just once in each of the past three contests. In Brock Osweiler's first game under center, head coach Gary Kubiak implemented his multi-tight end scheme to full effect, with 12 of 27 passes directed at tight ends. Eleven of those targets, however, went to Owen Daniels and Vernon Davis. Green saw the field just 26 times as compared to Daniels, 59, and Davis, 50, and is unlikely to benefit much from Denver's adjusted offense.

11/29/15QBPeyton ManningFOOTOUTNFL Network's Ian Rapoport suggested Thursday that Manning (foot) is at least three weeks away from playing again.

When explaining the basis of the estimate, Rapoport noted Thursday that Manning is "going to be in a cast for up to 10 days, then he's got another week of rehab, and then he's got to try to get on the field." Based on that, Rapoport suggests that "the date to circle on your calendar is Dec. 20 against the Steelers. That's the most realistic date that Manning could be back, but no one has guaranteed to me that he'll definitely be back on the field, especially if Brock Osweiler is playing well." In any case, the Broncos have already acknowledged that Manning -- who continues to recover from a plantar fascia tear -- is expected to miss at least the next two games, with Osweiler slated to fill in for him at QB in the meantime.

Smith sustained the injury early in last week's loss to Green Bay, but he played through the ailment for the better part of the contest. Despite practicing Friday, Smith has been ruled out, so the Vikings will likely turn to Antone Exum Jr. to fill the void.
