Pop, 29, has a 4.88 ERA in 162.1 innings in his career, including a 14.85 mark last season. He's out of options. It's a major-league contract. -

Scott Lauber@ScottLauber14D agoThe #Phillies’ 2025 payroll came in at $314,329,912 as calculated for the luxury tax, according to figures obtained by the Associated Press. They will pay $56.1 million in luxury tax. Only the Dodgers ($169.4M), Mets ($91.6M), and Yankees (61.8M) received larger tax bills. -
