The Jaguars signed Singer to the practice squad Wednesday.
Singer finished the preseason with seven catches (on eight targets) for 59 yards over three games. His performance in the preseason and training camp wasn't enough for him to make the 53-man roster, but the 22-year-old wideout out of Utah will remain with the team as a member of the practice squad.
