Todd Zolecki@ToddZolecki19H agoThe Phillies announced that Garrett Stubbs has cleared waivers and has been outrighted to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Stubbs could have elected free agency, but he signed a split contract in the offseason that will pay him $575,000 in the Minors.
