  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Nursing wrist injury

Cunningham is listed as probable for Wednesday's game against the Bulls due to a right wrist contusion. Cunningham may have picked up the injury during the Pistons' 121-90 win over the Knicks on Monday, when he tallied 29 points, 13 assists, three rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 29 minutes. The probable tag indicates that the injury isn't considered a long-term issue, and the All-Star guard should be available for Wednesday's game barring a setback.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Pops for 29 points in dominant win

Cunningham contributed 29 points (11-17 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), three rebounds, 13 assists, two blocks and one steal in 29 minutes during Monday's 121-90 victory over New York. Cunningham led the charge for the Pistons during Monday's drubbing, highlighted by 12 points in the third quarter which included a pair of triples. He also secured his third double-double in the last four games with an elite passing performance. Cunningham has shown no sign of slowing down and is now averaging 27.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, 11.7 assists and 2.0 steals in his last seven matchups.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Good to go Monday

Cunningham (hip) has been cleared to play Monday against New York. Cunningham was added to the injury report after picking up a right hip contusion, but that won't prevent him from taking the court Monday night. He shouldn't face any sort of limitation against the Knicks.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Probable for Monday

Cunningham is probable for Monday's game against the Knicks with a right hip contusion. Cunningham produced 27 points (7-22 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 11-11 FT), six rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block across 37 minutes of Sunday's 114-110 win over the Cavaliers, and he apparently picked up a mild knock in the process. However, it sounds like the superstar playmaker will push through the issue Monday.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Scores 27 points inefficiently

Cunningham generated 27 points (7-22 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 11-11 FT), six rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block across 37 minutes of Sunday's 114-110 win over the Cavaliers. Cunningham went cold from the field, knocking down just 31.8 percent of his attempts. However, his ability to consistently get to the free-throw line allowed him to eclipse the 25-point threshold for a fifth straight game. During that stretch, he's averaging 28.2 points, 11.0 assists, 5.8 rebounds and 2.6 combined steals-plus-blocks.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Full stat line in loss

Cunningham contributed 31 points (6-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 17-18 FT), 11 assists, eight rebounds, three steals and two blocks across 40 minutes in Thursday's 118-112 loss to the Heat. Cunningham delivered an impressive performance across the board, leading the Pistons in points, rebounds, assists and steals while matching the game-high mark in blocks. The star point guard did the majority of his scoring damage from the charity stripe, and he recorded 30-plus points for the first time since Dec. 15. Cunningham also matched the game-high mark in assists, securing his fourth double-double over his last five outings. Additionally, he racked up multiple steals and multiple blocks for the sixth time this season.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Flirts with double-double in loss

Cunningham closed Sunday's 112-99 loss to the Clippers with 27 points (9-18 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-7 FT), five rebounds and nine assists over 32 minutes. Cunningham finished one rebound shy of a double-double and shot 50 percent from the floor during the defeat, as the Pistons had no answer for Kawhi Leonard's dynamic 55-point explosion. The potent Pistons have now lost two consecutive games, but Cunningham can't be blamed for the slump. He's averaged 28.0 points, 13.0 assists and 5.0 rebounds over the past two contests.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Logs double-double in victory

Cunningham recorded 23 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, 14 assists and five steals over 39 minutes during Tuesday's 136-127 win over the Kings. Cunningham dropped his second-highest assist total of the season in the win, marking his 14th time with 10-plus assists during the 2025-26 campaign. Although his scoring totals have lagged a bit during December, his season stats are still as strong as ever. The star point guard has averaged 26.4 points, 9.4 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals over 27 games.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Fouls out with 14 points

Cunningham registered 14 points (6-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, nine assists and one steal over 26 minutes before fouling out of Monday's 110-102 win over the Trail Blazers. Cunningham's scoring total fell well below his projections Monday evening, and his early exit left a gaping hole in the team's defensive scheme. The Trail Blazers rallied to a lead after his sixth foul, illustrating Cunningham's intangible value as a defender. His teammates ultimately prevailed with a late run led by Jalen Duren and Ausar Thompson.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Double-doubles with nine dimes

Cunningham recorded 29 points (12-30 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, nine assists and one block over 45 minutes during Thursday's 116-114 overtime loss to the Mavs. Despite Cunningham's game-high 29 points, the Pistons weren't able to earn a victory, and they dropped their sixth game of the season. As a team, the Pistons struggled to convert their shots, with Detroit finishing 47-for-122 from the floor and 6-for-33 from distance in the two-point loss. They'll look to get things back on track Saturday with a favorable matchup against the Hornets.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Double-doubles in win

Cunningham registered 23 points (8-18 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 12 assists, six rebounds and one block across 32 minutes in Saturday's 124-112 win over the Bucks. While Cunningham didn't deliver his most efficient performance, he still scored a team-high 23 points in the win. The star point guard also dished out a game-high 12 assists, securing his 12th outing with a double-double or better (two triple-doubles) this season. He has posted at least 23 points in eight of his last 10 games, recording four double-doubles and a triple-double over that stretch.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Solid numbers against Bucks

Cunningham totaled 17 points (5-15 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 113-109 loss to Milwaukee. The 17 points were Cunningham's lowest total since Oct. 27, but the fifth-year guard still did his usual effective job of filling up the scoresheet. Over eight starts since returning from a three-game absence due to a hip bruise, Cunningham is averaging 27.9 points, 8.1 boards, 8.1 assists, 1.8 threes and 1.6 steals in 36.3 minutes.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Well-rounded outing in win

Cunningham posted 18 points (7-15 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, eight assists, six steals and three blocks across 38 minutes in Monday's 99-98 win over the Hawks. While Cunningham didn't have his best night in the scoring column, he stuffed the stat sheet and delivered a productive all-around performance. The star guard dished out a game-high eight assists and has reached that mark in three straight games. The Oklahoma State product also had his best outing of the season on the defensive end, matching his season highs in steals and blocks.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Efficient in win over Miami

Cunningham logged 29 points (14-25 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four rebounds, eight assists, one block and two steals across 38 minutes during Saturday's 138-135 victory over the Heat. Cunningham was unable to repeat the triple-double he notched in the loss to the Magic on Friday, but he posted another impressive line across the board while carrying the Pistons to another victory. The star guard has been on a tear offensively of late and has scored 29 or more points in four of his last five appearances. Considering his excellent production in other categories as well, it's not a stretch to consider him as one of the top guards in fantasy so far in the 2025-26 campaign. He's the undisputed leader of one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Pours in 42 points in tough loss

Cunningham erupted for 42 points (12-26 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 14-16 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and four turnovers in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 117-114 loss to the Celtics. Cunningham was hot from the jump in this one, dropping in 11 points on 4-for-5 shooting in his first nine minutes of play, and this was his second 40-plus-point performance of the season. Cunningham was able to get to the charity stripe with Detroit down by three with 4.4 seconds left in regulation after Jordan Walsh fouled him on a three-point attempt, but unfortunately for the Pistons, Cunningham went 2-for-3 at the line, and that put an end to a 13-game win streak.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Double-doubles in return

Cunningham (hip) recorded 25 points (10-23 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 10 assists, six rebounds and two steals over 34 minutes during the Pistons' 120-112 win over the Hawks on Tuesday. Cunningham missed the Pistons' last three games due to a left hip contusion, but he progressed enough in his recovery to return Tuesday. He picked up right where he left off by recording his fifth straight double-double. While he wasn't efficient from beyond the arc, he helped the Pistons close the game out with nine points in the fourth quarter. The 24-year-old is averaging 27.3 points, 9.9 assists, 5.4 rebounds, 1.8 three-pointers and 1.4 steals over 36.8 minutes per game to open the season, putting him well on his way to earning a second straight All-Star nod.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Questionable for Tuesday

Cunningham (hip) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Hawks. Cunningham has missed the past three games for Detroit, but the star playmaker remains day-to-day. The Pistons will not have a shootaround for the second leg of this back-to-back set, so Cunningham is likely to be a game-time call. Daniss Jenkins will likely continue to see a ton of usage if Cunningham remains sidelined.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Remaining out vs. Indiana

Cunningham (hip) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pacers. Cunningham will miss his third straight game due to a left hip contusion, and his next opportunity to play will come Tuesday against the Hawks. With the star point guard sidelined, Daniss Jenkins, Chaz Lanier and Caris LeVert are candidates for an uptick in playing time.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Questionable for Monday

Cunningham (hip) is questionable for Monday's game against the Pacers. Cunningham, who has missed the past two games for Detroit, remains day-to-day with this questionable tag. Monday's game is the front end of a back-to-back set, so there's a chance he could be held out for maintenance in one of these games if he can get the green light from the medical staff. Daniss Jenkins and Caris LeVert are likely to see a bump in fantasy appeal if Cunningham continues to miss time.

  • Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Won't play Friday

Cunningham (hip) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the 76ers. This will be the second straight game on the inactive list for Cunningham, which could result in another start for Daniss Jenkins and extended minutes for Caris LeVert. The Pistons' next two games come as a Monday-Tuesday, back-to-back set, so there's a chance Cunningham will need to spend at least one more game on the sidelines.
