Patrick Herbert: Returning to Jacksonville
The Jaguars signed Herbert to the practice squad Wednesday.
Herbert finished the preseason with two catches (on five targets) for 11 yards across three games. He wasn't able to crack the Jags' 53-man roster, but the undrafted rookie out of Oregon will stick around on the practice squad and could be elevated to the active roster if Brenton Strange, Hunter Long or Johnny Mundt are unavailable to play.
