Cruz is getting one of the top signing bonuses in this year's international class, but his production in games isn't as widely acclaimed as some of the other big-dollar signees. A slick-fielding shortstop who impresses in showcase events, Cruz has the tools to develop into a standout prospect if he can refine his approach at the plate.
